The flight was delayed almost an hour causing many passengers to be at jeopardy of missing their connecting flights. There was no help in providing passengers help with connections or allowing passengers with connecting flights to exit the plane in an expediated manner.
I liked the flight attendant named Tyler. He was charismatic and genuine. I like the pilot in my second flight, he was considerate to everyone’s feelings. I liked the people I sat beside. I like the plane size. I like Alaska airlines
Hadn't flown for a while the crew was wonderful! Trip was great. My only challenge is navigating the airports. Getting from one plane to the next! All on all nice trip!
I would probably fly with them again. It was a smooth process.
Good, but I had 3 hour layover after getting to phx from Everett. Can’t American have an earlier flight?

Very comfortable - thanks. Only small criticism was the delay in disembarking caused by the passengers in the front two rows chatting to the cabin crew.
Probably one of the best flights I’ve had! From entering the airport, to boarding to landing.
My as.com flight was too short to care (Tucson to phoenix) or comment.
It was a little chilly on the ride. The entertainment was the book I brought, and it was excellent.
I paid for what I got which was cheap, I brought my own entertainment. I knew what to expect, so I could be prepared. If you’re flying economy, check in early like me. I have no problems with my flight, was on time, staff were friendly, and overall good experience.
Customer service in first class does not exist on American Airlines
Flight was delayed due to a steering issue with plane. The delay caused me to miss the connecting flight. The delay caused me to spend an extra 21 hours in airports and flights to get to my destination. The plane issue obviously should have been found and fixed before we even boarded. Ridiculous.
Had to go get beer myself from attendants in the back of the aircraft
My flight back my reservations were list because they said I didn't pay my pet fee when I had a receipt

Delay 14 hours! Missed all connections and had to fly different airline the next day.
Excellent. Attendants served preflight drinks and were courteous and nice.
It was perfect in almost all ways. In fact it arrived early in both legs of my flight. The entertainment was marginal, but that was due mostly to the length of the flight. I love American!
American dropped the ball on this flight. It was canceled after waiting on the tarmac for 6 hours. American airline was so greedy that they open the door after close, delayed our flight then caused the pilot to over 14 hours limit if they were to fly to Phoenix. So more delays and finally flight canceled. Horrible experience with American Airline in Philadelphia.
