Seat width can be a bit wider. not nice that they charge extra for the window seats. online check in can be greatly improved. in other words, their online interface is bad.

Seats had more space than expected. No recline, that is good.

The cabin was hot. I was sweating during the whole trip.

Everything was excellent except for the hot cabin during the two trips. Why would you keep the cabins cool hot?

Loved that leg room was great for economy, and food was definitely better than other American airlines, great selection of movies. My mom is happy.

Just okay. Staff is accomodating especially at the check in counter and gate. Boarding was just fine. Leg room was cramped at economy. No entertainment, wifi is so-so. Cola in can given by cup, but rest of can was not given. At least give the whole can.

What I noticed is that when customers or passengers are asleep, they are no longer given food.

ANA’s service was great, and the flight was nice and smooth . They gave us updates and checking in and boarding was smooth and easy .

love the flight but the chairs are not comfortable mostly for smaller people

There was something that did not work on every fligjt. No water in business class washroom and inflight entertainment system did not work in business class.

I can't complain. Flying with Philippines airlines was the best choice. They are the best option in the Philippines.

Everything was great, except for the inflight entertainment, which wouldn't work on my Samsung Zflip. The flight was smooth despite the heavy rains exiting Tokyo. The cabin crew were very attentive and friendly. I had the pork katsudon, which was very tender and flavorful.

Expensive and yet uncomfortable. Was told by the crew to get back to us for the breakfast meal but never returned, my child was hungry

Flight left on time landed early, Crew was great , never an easy job. Bags arrived in a timely manner . Good job all in all.

Food was great. Hot meals. Entertainment- not so good. They only showed one tv filipino series with only 3 episodes for a 14 hour flight.

Ground and flight crew very courteous and professional. Seats are just ok. Entertainment could be upgraded with newer movies. Food was not good at all.

Food was satisfactory, movie monitor not working. Other than that on time and pleasant crew.
