Cleanliness of seats, trays, storage pockets need more attention, but everything else was good.
A great airline, no complaints at all. My experience with Cheap Tickets was very disappointing however. Two hours after purchasing the flight they called to tell me that the ticket price had gone up. I’ve never heard of such a thing. That is called false advertising; I will never use this ticketing service again and will warn all friends to never use it.
One of the worst check in process at the DIA as well as the boarding counter Changed seat at the last minute and assigned middle seat while I paid for window seat. Good overall flight. Excellent crew. Food options could be improved.
Vegan food tasted good. Restroom could be kept cleaner. Seat tray table was a bit tilted so food tray kept sliding down a bit. Flight crew can be a little more friendly, caring and approachable. Their faces lacked smiles and tone was stern.
Flight was delayed then we had to redirect for medical emergency during which time we had no information on what is the plan. The connecting flight was also delayed.

7 stars hospitality and an excellent service by the Turkish Airline entire team. Somehow, our membership numbers for mileage points were not indicated on our boarding passes issued at O’Hare Airport by the Turkish Airlines check in desk. During transit in Istanbul, I brought to attention of customer service Turkish Airlines. Terrible boarding experience, with an incomprehensible assignment of priorities. “Fast track” was the slowest. Poor system planning.
Terrible boarding process, no proper line maintained even for business class, crews are not very attentive, business class food quality / variety / quantity have gone down, everything has become cheap.
We boarded 1.5 hours late. Long wait for the bags when we got to Mexico City. Long wait to get on plane with people mover truck. Friendly staff. They answered all questions as best the could. Such a long, long walk from the plane to customs. Thank you, Michael A. Burris Cambridge, Massachusetts USA
Delayed in Fort Lauderdale 3 hours , gave us $15 coupon for meals at 20:50, when most of the restuarant closed at 21:00.
Most expensive flight… and they are trying to pinch more and more money out of you. Baggage, snacks, pillows, headphones… — so many airlines do far better than this… surely a national airline can do better?
Air Canada at SeaTac was the best. Polite, helpful, all good!

The flight was delayed at the last moment quoting an absurd weather reason. This delay led to an issue with my connecting flight. I was made to run (literary) from this flight to the next one ( as they preponed departure. I was still in my DCA to YYZ flight when the boarding started for the next connecting flight. After my sprint to get the connecting flight, found that no place for my carry on. Had to sit for 3 hours with my back-pack on my lap , it was the most uncomfortable and inconvenient journey with little to no empathy shown by cabin crew in both flights. Another poor show from Air Canada!! Cant help because of lack of options !!

First, When I check in at Phx air Canada counter, I couldn’t make it myself, either at the check in counter, the lady told me that I need a Canada visa to take this plane, then I told her that I have a lots of friends go back to China and transfer in Canada, I’ve never heard they say they needed a visa to stay in the airport, also, I have US lawful green card, as I did research, I knew all U.S. green card holders don’t need a visa to go to Canada if stay a short time. And then they agent lady asked her workmates, spent over an hour then finally have the boarding passes for me. Secondly, my flight is from Phoenix to Hongkong, one stop at Vancouver, but I had to get my bag in Vancouver then re-check in again there. I asked them, they told me that because my layover time is too long (about 20 hours), so they can’t do bags check through. I understand this, just compared with other airlines I travel before, this isn’t a good experience to me.
Excellent crew, great food despite catering issues. We need more people like this.
Both flights were delayed and we missed our connection. Our second flight was delayed 3 times. I have always had great service and never any problems with my flights on Lufthansa. My last two flights were, unfortunately, awful. I fly quite often to Germany and have had better luck with United than Lufthansa.
Lufthansa charged me $280 to take skiiis when in the US the boot bag and skiis are one check-in bag. This was not advertised and a real shock at the airport. They only took the boot bag as a check-in item. The seats have been squeezed together like any economy airline and legroom is not as good as it used to be. Otherwise, the flight was fine and staff was helpful for making my connection.
On board Entertainment and crew services were absolutely trash! Neither me, nor any of my 40 family/friends members are flying Lufthansa again!
Eet late informed about delay of more rhan four houts
After living in Europe for five years and flying with Lufthansa and KLM airlines, I’ve realized that United Airlines is now a budget carrier. The flight attendant are not friendly. The seats are not comfortable. And everything comes at a cost. I will be flying with KLM and Skyteam like Delta to the US going forward no doubt. United Airlines is not what it once was:

This is my second time to fly this year with Lufthansa and both times they dropped the ball. My ticket was very cheap and l would not be honest if l said that l had some high expectations for that price. Fly delay 6 hours. Screen in fey seats around me didn’t work. Food for dinner was ok but breakfast was so poor. We had connection in Frankfurt for Vienna. Because of delay they gave us fly with 30 min layover time. We got to Vienna but our baggage was late of course. Long story short it took us almost 24 hours to get to the final destination. Very bad experience
Professional crew and staff, very organized boarding and on time flights, baggage handling. Indian vegetarian meals were good, though could improve by offering Indian bread (naan/paratha/roti) as well. Very helpful pre flight emails with details of onboard experience 👍 Above average selection of movies. Consider offering more movies with subtitles and ratings indicators (e.g., IMDB scores).
Terrible experience. Should be a short simple flight from San Francisco to Palm Springs. Disgusting insult that United Air doesn’t have a cabin crew ready to receive a plane that’s already an hour plus late in departure. Lots of misinformation along the way from cockpit and crew. Definitely unimpressed with both union and management.
Seats were extremely hard and uncomfortable. as well as very narrow even though I paid an extra $230 for upgraded preferred seats. Very disappointed in the downtrend of Lufthansa and United Airlines.
They took my carry on and checked it in. Staff in general at Heathrow are not friendly or helpful
The crew were professional and friendly. It was the most uncomfortable international flight I've ever flown. Crammed in passengers. No overhead space to put my bag. No leg room and unable to recline seat due to seats too close together so it upset passenger behind me! Upgrade price to get 2 inches of more space unreasonable.
Boarding in Dallas was hell with extremely rude gate agents , especially a lady named Rajathi who was the epitome of rudeness with no compassion at all . She was horrible and I wonder why airlines have people like her on their roster who exude arrogance and haughtiness . Will probably not fly British Airwsys because of people like her .

Nice flight. Legroom was good. Food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plane was modern and clean. Seats and headrests were comfortable. Entertainment system was good and modern, with a bright LCD screen and many appealing choices.
I have something to say about the flight I took from London to Gothenburg, after my flight from Austin to London. I fly a lot and have done so for decades. I first flew to Scandinavia in 1973. My former wife is Norwegian. The main thing was the experience at the Gothenburg airport. Three flights from Britain arrived around the same time. So there were huge lines at immigration since Brits are no longer a part of the EU. After over an hour in line, I finally gave my passport to the immigrations man. You’d have thought I was an Afghan. I just barely got into Sweden. I had to answer all kinds of blunt questions. I had to show all kinds of onward tickets, addresses of places I’d be staying and it was pretty daunting. Perhaps it has to do with the situation with Russia. British Air might have done something to prepare people that things have changed a lot and they’d better be ready to run the gauntlet when trying to get into the country here.
