The flight from CNF to VCP was delayed and I had to rush to catch the next plane. It was strange, since the boarding in CNF was done in due time.

Azul has become the new Avianca and Copa, they are using Airbus with very uncomfortable seats, no more Azul

During boarding the company said that the plane didn’t have enough space and required to dispatch any luggage. But in reality the plane was with a lot of luggage space in the overhead bins. So it just took a lot of additional al time, specially considering that it took around 30m for the luggage to arrive in the retrieval belt in the airport.

Tight and not so comfortable business class seats . Crew below average. Very formal, no smiles, and kind of confused when serving meals. AZUL used to be much better on all above subjects. That's is what monopoly does to its customers.

When you buy your ticket, there is a message for a free cabin luggage and a bag. While boarding, they push you to dispatch you hand luggage. When you enter in the plane, you realize that the place to accommodate the hand luggage is empty. In the arriving, you take a long time waiting for your hand luggage which should fly in the cabin.

No entertainment available on this flight. Only crackers and juice were served too.

Pontualidade continua sendo o ponto forte da Azul. Quando ela não desmarca o vôo, é claro. Na ida foi tudo bonitinho: tv, wi-fi... Na volta eqtos não funcionavam. Importante é chegar bem.

Por cinco minutos (55 min antes da decolagem) fui impedido de entregar a bagagem pois o check-in estava "finalizado ". Tive que ir de Viracopos para Congonhas. Após embarcar aguardamos por mais de uma hora de atraso para decolar, ao inves de chegar às 9h, cheguei às 16h no RJ, perdendo o evento que era às 15h.

Não teve viagem alguma, a 123 milhas faliu e eu desisti da viagem.

I upgraded to first class only to find out that I still had no access to the sky lounge without a sky miles card or AmEx (something that should be emphasized outside of the fine print!) Also, no food or drink service provided during the flight, so I basically paid 4x more just for “free” checked baggage and a bigger seat. Not worth it.

I appreciated friendly service from check-in, to boarding, to in-flight amenities! Attendants were accommodating and helpful. Thank you! Elaine

Delta was really good about being transparent with why we were delayed it’s just that’s the plane was really old and outdated and a lot of the comfort and amenities we know Delta to have did not shine through

Bottom seat cushion is almost non existent. Very uncomfortable seat.

Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.

Flight did not have seat back entertainment and the wifi was iffy.

Pretty standard flight. Delta has a good selection of movies.

The WiFi has been awful on my last few Delta Air Lines flights.

The Flight was delayed in 2,5 hours. 1 hour inside the airplane then we passangers were not allowed to receive food as the local regulariam determines (for delays bigger than 2 hours)

Four handbag storages were damaged and sealed, limiting the space to store our things in the plane.

It was fine. no food or entertainment , but was only a 40 minute flight.

Routine and on time flight with pleasant stewards and decent food. Nice experience!

My experience it was okay but have many thinks to be better. For example the food, the comfort.

Just some cookies and water. There could be other options for food.

You delayed my trip three days for no reason other than your lack of preparedness, did not offer any compensation, including food or a bed. I couldn’t trust you so I moved up my return flight and lost another day at the end of my trip to hopefully make sure I make my next flight. I will never fly LATAM again. You have the worse accountability and reliability and clearly do not care that your clients have lives and what it cost to fly to another country.

Awful experience, A/C didn't work, crew did not do anything about it

Gol has an interesting choice of words. When they say “priority access”, this means you’re boarding on the seventh or eighth group.

Great flight however unlike most airlines there is no WiFi and no power outlets. Overall good flight and would fly them again. Just make sure your devices have power and bring your own entertainment.

American rescheduled with GOL. An error was made that caused significant issues including nit being able to checkin not having assigned seats, not getting seats together, arriving late, and the crew made no attempt to help.

Well organized boarding, de- boarding from both ends of plane, friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the departure was 90 minutes late.

Obviously it would be better if we had screens available.

Very bad organization to accommodate over compartment inside the main cabin. Crew was not helpful at all!

Very bad. Boarding was a caos and pick up luggage took more than an hour. There was no entertainment on board.

La aeronave estaba averiada, 4 horas adentro con diferentes problemas técnicos pero igual querían volar.

They are a mess. It appears they hired a third party to staff their check in desk and simply did not train them. I will avoid flying with them in the future. It took 50 minutes for them to check in 3 parties on front of us. On the way back. It took just under one hour for our luggage to show up...

Overall good. Tight connection in DFW because of gate unavailability upon landing.

Airplane was cold. Flight attendants were rude. Phone charger did not work. No food available.

No food, no entertainment. But the flight was really short so maybe they had to skip drinks. I was able to board early ONLY because I am old and decrepit and they let me pre-board. I RESENT your dumping us into category 9 if we do not pay up. And when I paid for a seat I was STILL given 9. The pre-boarding helps. THIS flight was exceptionally smooth, please congratulate the pilots.

I love to flight american however my carry on had to be sent with regular luggage and it was broken. Don't appreciate that. If when I buy a ticket says I can take a carry on and a hand item there should be space for mwsy stuff and not be basically forced to send the item even if it's at no charge. A.A. needs to work on that. Everything else excellent.

Deparature was late, which is annoying but the arrival was fine and the baggage came early.

Excellent customer service at check in at Austin flight to DFW and excellent customer service from Karren in terminal B at DFW.

The free internet access did not work, so we had to purchase 2 Internet packages. Flight attendants were not proactive in checking in with first class patrons

The flight attendants were talking the entire time on the back and I couldn’t even take a nap. Super annoying

11h50m total delay. Had to switch to another flight that was still a 7h30m delay.

A very good flight. All personnel were gracious and pleasant. Good flight. No complaints.
