Find cheap flights from Ulaanbaatar to Hanoi

Thanks for fixing the title of this question... the flight was a DELTA one marketed as a Korean Air flight. Which automatically makes it worse. The crew were actually rude in several cases and clearly lacked cultural sensitivity to the majority of the passengers (Koreans). This flight was also a minor heart attack before it started. Firstly, I thought I was buying a flight from Kayak, but it turns out they just acted as a front for this other company, UnderPricer, which took almost 24 hours to send a proper confirmation of the flight. We could not select the seats at checkout time either. We later submitted our seat selection to Korean Air, who proceeded to mess up the instructions to Delta, so our family was separated on the flight and our aisle seat was replaced with another middle seat.

I’ve always been impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets or, at least, its frequent monitoring, cleaning, and toiletry replacements. The in-flight service by flight attendants is superb.

I won't hesitate to fly with Korean Air again and agian....if I can get a good deal.

Glad you had Bibimbap which tasted much better than mesh potato or pasta.

The flight attendants seemed to be a little more grumpy this time. A350s could use more toilet stalls.

Absolutely horrible. The fight member crew or not very friendly and the food was horrible.

It would be better if flight crew can clearly communicate in english. But they are kind and accommodating. Food is good, especially the sandwiches on the self-serving snack trays. They are better than the ones served. Boarding was organized.

They had the same movie choice as my previous flight, not much of a choice, movies were not up to date, music was uninteresting. Other than sitting on the ground for 40 minutes after boarding the plane, with pilot telling us that they couldn't load the plane because of rain, (bullshit) We finally got into Bangkok of course 40 minutes late.

They could have had more up to date movies/better choice of music.

The crew and my luggage was still pretty good after a long flight. They take good care of the luggage.

At the boarding gate, Jeju airline accepted "carry on" bags for checking in for free due to the "limited cabin space". This is because most passengers were carrying multiple bags that exceed the size and weight limit for carry on items. Rather than inspecting carry-on bags at the counter and requiring excess bags to be checked in for a fee, they allowed freeloading at the boarding gate to to the detriment of those who paid the fee for checked bags. This is totally unfair.

No priority counter check in for families with young children.

The flight was delayed from GUM to ICN, there was no notification on how delayed the flight would be. Although we received notice, there was no specified time given. The flight was also very uncomfortable.
