The best flight I’ve had in a while. The plane was like 25% capacity, if that. Smoothest boarding and deplaning process I’ve ever experienced. Wish all flights were this smooth.

I like their airplanes because they have plenty of legroom in their seats they always work with me if I have a change of plans on my tickets courteous and I always feel safe flying with them.

Traveling with JetBlue from NYC was convenient as accessing JFK airport was straightforward via the LIRR to the AirTrain. Maneuvering through the terminal was hassle-free, which was a pleasant start to the journey. However, the flight experience itself left much to be desired. The seating arrangement was notably uncomfortable; despite securing a window seat, space felt cramped. This was exacerbated by the middle seat passenger encroaching on my area, which made the flight less enjoyable. Additionally, while the in-flight entertainment system initially seemed like a reprieve, the sound outlet on my seat was inoperable. This issue turned what could have been a manageable three-hour flight into a rather tedious ordeal, as I was unable to use the entertainment system effectively. While JetBlue provided a smooth process in terms of airport logistics, the on-board experience highlighted areas in need of improvement, particularly in terms of comfort and entertainment system maintenance.

The flight crew that we had in our section may have been tired or something. I asked the flight attendant about my son’s screen not working and she spoke down to me like I was stupid. He still had no working screen throughout his flight. The other members had no personality and seemed like they were annoyed when you asked them for something. Definitely took a hit for simple things on my JB experience.

Som delays but overall we almost made it on the original time.

They announced at the last minute that international travelers had to checkin at counter. This created a long line and unnecessary stress.

They put me on a chair in between two men, one overweight who was almost falling on top of me, and the other was even uncomfortable because I was half falling because of what the other was pushing me. I stayed with. my feet were swollen from fluid retention and from being unable to accommodate myself. it was very uncomfortable. I asked for help but they told me that the flight was full and they couldn't help me. I got off the plane almost unable to walk due to the inflammation. and then at FLL airport I asked for help because I couldn't go to my next flight, which was a connection.

Run out of snack choices. Why are the seats not padded for your butt? Are we sitting on blocks of wood or metal for $250-300 a pop? This ain’t spirit. Let’s get it together people

Safe and on time were the positives. The plane wasn't cleaned before boarding, there was garbage and food on the floor and in the seat pocket. The TV screen was small and the picture fuzzy, audio quality was poor. Seatbelt was fraying and seat did not recline properly. No charging ports near the seats,

Terrible. Flight was cancelled due to the weather in the east and sout east(florida). Did not get any compesation of any kind. According to them, it was not under their control so I lost all the money paid for the 2 fairs from Raleigh, NC to Orlando, Fl.

Missed our connector because our first flight was delayed, it was a miracle that we managed to get a second flight. Luggage was lost. People were rude. Flight was delayed and overbooked. Terrible experience. Worst flight I’ve ever had out of hundreds of domestic and international flights. I’ve been on a more comfortable 20 hour flight from Guam than the two hours it took NC TO FL.

Boarding was very smooth and arriving in Miami it was fast getting off the plane

Great flight from Charlotte to Orlando. In flight wifi and entertainment was not working til 25 minutes were left in the flight would be my only complaint.

I love to flight american however my carry on had to be sent with regular luggage and it was broken. Don't appreciate that. If when I buy a ticket says I can take a carry on and a hand item there should be space for mwsy stuff and not be basically forced to send the item even if it's at no charge. A.A. needs to work on that. Everything else excellent.

Even though there was space, they made me check out my luggage. It was very annoying. That’s the reason I bring a carry on so that I don’t have to check out my luggage!!!!

Nothing...a plane ride to where I needed to go.

One of the reasons I fly American is because the seating is more comfortable than most airlines. Even in the back of the plane.

The flight was delayed which was disappointing. There was no pre takeoff refreshment in first, as we had to wait around an hour in our seats before take off that was disappointing too. The inflight entertainment/wifi did not work, and the crew were slow to offer drinks in flight

Fourth consecutive trip that American has run so far behind they disrupted the days travel entirely. No more American Aieli ea. time to try delta.

Pilots were very conscious about giving us a smooth flight

My flight was delayed from 7 pm to 230 am. I was forced to cancel and rebook with Delta. My last day in Aruba. After rebooking with Delta and spending $200 and getting a hotel on my dime, I am not flying Spirit anymore.

Average, boarding was ok, the eye scanner broken mid way through boarding they ahd to do it manually. Did not eat any food, Not even water was offered for free.

I had a big seat for the same price of premium seat of other airlines. The flight was on time and everything is good.

I upgraded my ticket at the ticket counter and was not informed of the huge bottleneck at TSA pre check. It took me over an hour to get through the line at this small airport and although I ran to the gate and reached it prior to scheduled departure, it had already pushed pack. I missed the flight. Spirit rebooked me on a flight to Orlando that evening, which would require me to then rent a car and drive to FLL. For scheduling reasons, I determined it be would better to rent a car in Pensacola and drive it to my destination in FLL. Spirit called me that evening and asked me if I was going to board the plane. I explained no, for scheduling reasons. The person apologized and said I would receive a refund, but I have not heard back. Certainly, I ought to be refunded the upgrade I paid for at the counter.

Direct 2.5 hour flight good. Free snacks and coffee, water, or soft drinks not available...bad.

Everything was excellent and as expected. The boarding process was great but deboarding was a bit slow. No fault of the crew; it just seemed like the passengers didn’t want to leave! 😂

The flight was delayed and the announcements were hard to hear, but the crew was great

I liked the low price. I did not like the cramped passenger seats. As a below average size person I was cramped in the seat; I can only imagine how uncomfortable an average or large size person would be. I guess that is part of the deal with low cost airlines.

It just baffled me that spirit boarding process that I was charged 2 check in fees for a person bag and carry on. I ended up lugging 3 kids under 10 with 2 bags and to find out at the boarding area that I could not get on the plane due to my lack of reading the baggage policy. I understand if that was the case but the agent also failed to understand one item was in fact a personal item such as laptop bag and charge me as if it was a carry on not personal item. And knowing it’s a horrible storm and last flight in the destination of travel. I could have very easily handed the items to my relative to keep but I didn’t learned about this enforced policy until I was about to board.

I’m not a fan of Spirit Airlines from a not-so-good experience the last time & I swore I would not fly this airline again- bc they charge for EVERYTHING. I only flew Spirit this time bc it wasn’t my choice. I decided to use a “Mystery Ticket” bc of the great price, not knowing it would choose this airline! I found out on this trip how they pick a random seat with a “sticker” for a prize-are we in first grade? just doesn’t seem right & now the first 3 or 4 rows get special treatment-we all paid for our tickets, not just them.
