headphone jack didnt work for the first flight and not much variety
Plane 3 hours late. Missed connection. No help from gate staff. App horrible. Lost connection repeatedly. No service desk. Finally got help from young girl driving cart.

The flight was delayed, it took longer than anticipated because of weather, and they broke my luggage.
Everything was good. Flight was on time, luggage pickup was quick. The staff were great. Could not ask for anything more.
lots of delays the crew were unclear about where to pick up my carry-on, which they took from me to check in on the plane.
They needed people to check a bag, they did check my bag and I had to wait 10 minutes after the flight to get it it wasn’t too bad

the pilot that landed this flight in Philadelphia did an amazing job, the weather was absolutely terrible and we landed safely.
The flight was just perfect! We left a few minutes early, had a smooth flight and fortunately had landed before the terrible accident that took off from North Philadelphia airport shortly thereafter.

My seat was wonky...hard and not much padding. I sat next to the Jumpseat for the flight attendant. Thoroughly enjoyed not have a third seat in that row! Flight attendants were amazing. I couldn't answer the "food quality" question as there is no food served on my short flight. I commend the pilot as I know it was super gusty when we landed. Thanks
I think I paid for an extra legroom seat and to be honest, there was not a lot of space available for my not very long legs. The flight was totally full and the staff did everything possible to meet the needs of all passengers. My only concern was for the size and spacing of my seat.

I chatted with the captain before the flight, and similarly during the welcome announcement, he warned of a turbulent flight that may impact the in-flight service. However, once at altitude, he announced that the weather changed and he immediately turned off the seatbelt sign. But it appeared the cabin crew had already decided to take off this flight. They remained seated and then just chatted in the galley. The flight was fully catered, but only first class received service.
My flight attendant was attentive! The elderly person next to me was flatulent and the flight attendant could see that I was in distress and brought me some face masks
Overall flight was as expected. It would have been better with a couple options for snack instead of only one item and if there was a TV or music as option. But overall satisfied.
The crew were a bit short and not as warm although they did take care of small details that I requested.
Separated me and my wife and wife’s sister in far apart different seats even though I booked them all together. Just scams after scams to make us pay more. Worst airline
If you want your flight to get delayed constantly for 13+ hours and given a 10 dollar food voucher the. I would say take air canada. Worst experience ever.
My flight was cancelled and I was left to figure out where to find a hotel, something to eat and how to get a new flight at 11:30pm. Wasted a day. Thanks, Air Canada!
flight was delayed 6 hours for weather, then cancelled because of the crash in toronto, but none of the links to cancel or rebook my flights are working
They kept changing the gate (6 times in 30 minutes) and then left us on the plane for 4 hours before departure. Likely was the storm, which is understandable, but the lack of communication and the e constant running between gates at opposite ends of the airport really threw me and my friend for a loop.
Legitimately everything about this flight was awful, was also so delayed I never want to use air Canada again
Terrible all around. Flight was late and airplane was very uncomfortable. The crew were unhelpful and hid in the back. Did zero work. No entertainment.
I like the free beer and wine but not the delays to the departure time.
Never again flying economy on Rouge!!! Literally like sardines!!! Will try to change to better seats 3 seat arrangement only so so if traveling with family. Who wants to squished to stranger!!😖 Can’t say enough bad about this!!!
I booked and paid extra for exit door seats also pre paid for my luggage air Canada changed plains and I never got what I paid for and they made me pay for luggage again they also did this to my wife. They are the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with. I am sure I will never see the extra money I paid for the seats or the recharge for the luggage. They are subsidized by the taxpayers and don’t give a dam just a horrible way to do business
