The Qatar Airways staff pre-boarding and also on the flight from Dallas to Doha were incredibly mediocre and arrogant. Consider retraining these individuals Other flights were ok.

My experience with Qatar airway was very unsatisfactory. They lost my child’s stroller and I was told they found it and will send it to the hotel which was a lie. I had to go back to the airport baggage claim and pick up myself after trying to contact them many times!. There was a lack professional and communication. I am very disappointed in Qatar airway and will not be recommending them to friends and family nor will I be flying with them in the future.

Worst air experience in whole life . Boarding and checking was hassle as they did 3 times. Crew team was clueless about passengers need. Despite of passengers raising hand , they were resetting the program

The food is not good and also if you ask crew to bring something they say ok I will bring but you will never get it. Please they should listen good to passengers

No difference between US airline and Qatar. Both cramp as many people. The airline seems to change planes without notice choice is seating when making reservations online doesn’t match the plane a passenger is on. Especially paying extra. Nothing special No different than US carriers.

Did not like anything. Seats were crammed, leg space was minimal and food was terrible. This was the first time traveling overseas in American Airlines and was the worst experience ever. Have learned a lesson to never travel in American Airlines.

Overall good. Food choice in business class is a concern as same dishes on every flight for months. Crew is great and seats on this sector were fine . They need to have more variety in dining

There was not enough food for everybody. Some dishes were missing.

Very unimpressed that I was dumped from the seat I had booked and paid for after check in. Apparently a family wanted to sit together, however as they all were adults I think they should have pre booked their seats like I did. I will be approaching Qatar for a refund. That and the dreadful state of the flooding toilets made me wonder how they managed to be voted the best airline. Not worth the money.

Extremely bad food, they never gave our bags in time, the online check-in did not let us check in because we had Indian OCI not sure why we were given the option to check in then, because we couldn’t check in online we had to go in person and we were not able to change our seats and sit with our family

we were delayed from Athens to Abu Dhabi by an hour and a half, so I had trouble connecting the flight from there to Bali. It could have been done had they waited even 15 mins. There was another lady who was in the same boat. By the time we were half way across the terminal, they have actually already issued different flights for us to go Jakarta then to Bali. Not to mention the inconvenience of waiting over 4 hrs at the airport and the subsequent inconvenience, we did not arrive to Bali till after 800pm the next day, which means I paid for the hotel for nothing when I could have been there before noon the next day! There was little explanation. It was just as well I needed some assistance getting around, otherwise the 2 of us would have been completely lost! Not going to fly with them again!

Boarding was efficient, had to check in cabin luggage. Seats were narrow, food was more in quantity, received cabin luggage on the luggage belt which was fine.

Good. The food was very bad. Except for the chicken rice, rest of the dish went to trash.

In never flown this flight, because my flight coning from Barcelona was delayed.

I did not have a good experience in both flights of Etihad. First of all, when I was booking the flight, there were two options. The first option was a cheaper flight with longer layover (9 hrs), or a more expensive flight with shorter layover (2 hrs). I booked the expensive flight with shorter layover because I wanted a more comfortable trip. A few days before the trip, Etihad informed me that the departure time of my first flight will change 7 hours earlier, leading to an 9 hour layover, without giving me another option nor reimbursing me for the extra cost. They didn’t even send me an apologetic email for this change. Regarding the flight experience, I would rate it as mediocre. This is mostly because the pilots of both flights did their best to give us the worst approach to airports that I have ever experienced. In the case of the first flight they had to aboard the landing and took off again right before touching the landing strip. The captain said that it was due to wind conditions but the second time the pilot followed the same direction as the first time to land the plane.

Etihad flight sector is a local . .give the same quality upto destination

The meals were mediocre and the alcohol selection was poor.

I chatted with the captain before the flight, and similarly during the welcome announcement, he warned of a turbulent flight that may impact the in-flight service. However, once at altitude, he announced that the weather changed and he immediately turned off the seatbelt sign. But it appeared the cabin crew had already decided to take off this flight. They remained seated and then just chatted in the galley. The flight was fully catered, but only first class received service.

The plane was very warm and the crew turned on the lights for the entire snack service.

Boarding can be more efficiently done by having the back row passengers board first. This way, the other people do the have to wait for front row passengers to load their luggage in the overhead cabins. Food is simply pathetic for the price I paid. Cleanliness is simply poor; my seat was full of crumps.

It was really good. The boarding was good and smooth. They even checked our carry ons if you wanted to without any charge.

The luggage was completely damaged. It was ripped at the corner and the lock was stuck. We had to rip it open.

Service not nearly as good as Qatar airways flights used to be on service from PHL to DOH.

Sometimes, it is difficult to figure out which seats is window, middle and isle.

Pilots showed up late because they decided to stop and get something to eat instead of going straight to our gate, Forcing an 1 1/2 hour delay, and missed flight. Shame on the pilots.

I have something to say about the flight I took from London to Gothenburg, after my flight from Austin to London. I fly a lot and have done so for decades. I first flew to Scandinavia in 1973. My former wife is Norwegian. The main thing was the experience at the Gothenburg airport. Three flights from Britain arrived around the same time. So there were huge lines at immigration since Brits are no longer a part of the EU. After over an hour in line, I finally gave my passport to the immigrations man. You’d have thought I was an Afghan. I just barely got into Sweden. I had to answer all kinds of blunt questions. I had to show all kinds of onward tickets, addresses of places I’d be staying and it was pretty daunting. Perhaps it has to do with the situation with Russia. British Air might have done something to prepare people that things have changed a lot and they’d better be ready to run the gauntlet when trying to get into the country here. May be, better food / snacks in the Gatwick to Glasgow connection.

The A350 is a great plane but BA's seating was incredibly tight (eg compared to the same plane as flown by BA's partner Finnair) and with a middle seat it was very claustrophobic

Staff and crew where very nice and friendly. Just need to improve the timming om the meal and beverages.

More than 3 hours delayed. And they knew about it the night before already. I had a laugh when the captain said - don’t take out your frustration on the staff. Before take off Business class seats had very little space. My knees were digging into the seat in front

Lost bag - again. No help from staff at Nice - they have a handling agent who does nothing No emergency kit Try calling BA - they eventually found the bag - now on later flight. Trying to get someone to help in the short term is impossible. If I am unhappy - then I have to log it on a website. The agent said he was only able to help with future bookings - not assist in the chaos BA had caused. IF YOU WANT SERVICE WHEN THINGS GO WRONG - PICK ANYONE BUT BA. Personally - I'm joining ABBA (Anyone But BA) again.

British airways has the most uncomfortable coach seats for international travel i have ever experienced. There is no leg room and when the person in front of you reclines their seat it nearly hits you in the face. There is not enough room for you to open a laptop in front of you or eat a meal. It’s ridiculous and i hope to not fly them in the future.

Food made us sick for the rest of the day. Terrible passenger in front of me kept reclining and banging his seat, it hurt my knee multiple times. I kindly asked the attendant to intervene, she would not. Way too many sick people coughing on the flight without wearing a mask. Sick passengers should not be allowed to fly unless they wear a mask. I hope we don't get sick for our 2 week vacation

There were a lot of hidden fees I paid extra for my luggage at JFK which was my leaving point and I also had to pay another extra at the Casablanca’s airport for my carry on and my backpack which is insane, when i refused to pay they threatened to call airport’s security on me. And they actually lost my luggage once I got to my destination. I seriously will not fly with this company anymore from now on and I advise you to do the same

Check in process is terrible, only one counter opens to serve over hundred passengers, agents are incompetent and took too long to get passengers boarding passes. Supervisor is no help neither. On board entertainment 90% monitors were defective.

Check-in could have been a little early and I wished the airline would have serve some better real food rather than serving a very hard bread for a 8hrs flight.

Comfort and organisational prowess of the entire crew. Baggage handling can be better. No had all my luggages after 6days of the flight.

This was the worst experience ever. It was such chaos at boarding due to boarding zone and letting everyone with children and strollers go first. Once the plane door closed they didn’t let us know why we were not moving until after 30 mins of sitting on the plane. Then ANOTHER 2 hours passed with no other communication or update as to why we were still sitting on the plane. 2 and half hours of sitting on a plane! When I ask a flight attendant what was the delay he gave ALOT of attitude and said he don’t know what’s going on. This flight attendant was soooo rude to customers to the point one lady was telling him how rude he was. I also felt other flight attendants spoke to the people who spoke their language; I am an American so this was also upsetting. The food was horrible, I only ate the bread. We finally landed and we almost missed our connecting flight. We was able to run and make out next flight within 30 mins. Our flight from Casablanca to Marrakech was quick. BUT here is where I was really UPSET. They left everyone luggage who was on the flight in Casablanca. We went to baggage claim and they had Attitudes! How are you mad with us for losing our bags, I don’t get it. We had to wait for the next flight to come in with our bags. The baggage claim guy said they wouldn’t deliver our bags to our hotel because of past experiences; now we have to pay for another cab to come back! They had so much luggage outside of baggage claim I can see this was happening to a lot of people. They said they would email us once our bags arrived. He told us the next flights coming in (which I researched myself and he gave the wrong times!). We took a cab to our hotel to wait. I seen my bag was at RAK airport (because of my AirTag) 4 hours later but no email from baggage claim. I waited two more hours and still no email letting us know it arrive! We missed dinner plans! We went to airport and got our bags (security at RAK was rude to us and had us walking all around in order to get to baggage claim). I will NEVER fly with Royal Air Maroc ever in life, even if it means I can’t fly to other countries that I would love to visit since this ruined my friends birthday already. I PRAY our flight back home is wayyy better. This is no way to treat people. I fly frequently so I know how airlines should treat people and Royal does not!

On line check was unavailable even tho I was receiving emails to check in and select my seat. At the gate was told all seats were taken ahead of time and was pre assigned a bad seat. When could you check in the choose a seat ???? The ran out of all food choices in business class !!! I had nothing to eat. They told me to pre order a special meal. I don’t want a special meal I was a regular meal. Seats very uncomfortable for business class prices.
