Overall very poor. Flight was disorganised, staff were rude and this is my second experience with KLM that I've had baggage go missing. It feels like, if you are an economy customer, KLM staff do not show you any care. I shall never fly with KLM again. Worst airline in Europe
Great boarding, great short flight but no entertainment whatsoever. It was supposed to have wifi but that did not work.
Transfer at CDG to connecting KLM flight to Amsterdam was a NIGHTMARE. LONG WALKWAYS, NO MOVING WALKWAYS, POOR signage, Have to take a train & No staff visible to help navigate the maze. AVOID TRANSFER AT CDG AT ALL COST.
Good flight with KLM, friendly staff. Food was good, had much worse on other airlines. Selection of drinks also good enough for us. Entertainment was also good. The economy seats are ok and that’s it. For a 12 hour flight I think a little more comfort in the economy seats in pitch and softness would be highly appreciated by the customers and can makte the difference.

I tried to upgrade to premium economy anis seat online during the checkin process. The payment didn’t work due to a technical glitch on KLM’s website. I wasn’t able to change my seat unless I called Amsterdam. Since I was in Canada and there’s a time difference this wasn’t practical. So when I arrived early to Ottawa airport my seat wasn’t available and I could only get a middle seat in premium economy which isn’t great. These middle seats are priced at the same rate as an aisle seat which makes no sense.
Seats were comfortable crew members support was very good but AVML ordered or selected by us needs a lot of improvement.
Transavia flight, was booked as KLM but i couldnt select seat or access boarding pass with KLM at all. Crammed seating and very no frills experience all around. First and last time.

Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.
Plane is super outdated, seats not that comfortable for business class. Lounge also out dated. They need to catch up to 2024. Don’t think I’d ever fly again.
Boarding was impossible to navigate. Had mobility issues and a business class ticket, but still boarded almost at the end of the queue because there was absolutely no organization or assistance.
Aircraft was new. Food so so, especially vegetarian was very disappointing.
Very courteous staff. Abnoxious passenger in front of me who reclined her seat all the way without warning and without considering the person behind her. My flight ORD-WAW was so much more pleasant because of the courtesy of the passenger in front of me.
LOT told me on my first flight that I had missed boarding my second flight and told us to go to a service desk to reschedule. We then were told our flight was still boarding and that we had to run through the Warsaw airport to catch it which is just a long long runway airport. The workers at the airport were not helpful at all and you have to go through two passport checkpoints. I have asthma and was almost dead when I got on the plane and no one helped or gave us water or even acknowledged us. The flight was fine - the crew members are not friendly so it’s a very functional flight at best. Also my bag didn’t make it to my final destination.

I would like to be able to choose the seat before the flight without paying extra money. Family members should not to be separated from each other.
Boeng Dreamliner has so tiny seats, so even medium and smaller size people have not enough room to fill comfortable..

We have travelled on 13 December with Austrian Airlines from Yangon through Bangkok and Vienna to Varna. The first flight operated by Thai Airlines was nice and comfortable. I wouldn’t say the same thing about the next two flights which were operated directly by the Austrian Airlines. During our flight from Bangkok to Vienna: > The service was very poor – serving of food and drinks was disorganized, late and not combined, the stewards were walking back and forth without doing anything substantial for the passengers. Even the morning breakfast was very late with a cup of coffee almost while landing (after a reminding). > The food itself was OK-ish but for a 12-hour flight, there were no snacks/bites in between dinner and breakfast as it is with the other airlines. > The cutlery was wooden, most probably recycling, but very unpleasant to eat with. > The stewards were not rude but not friendly and/or helpful > And also, half of the passengers had travel sets, others did not. The flight from Vienna to Varna was another surprise: firstly, the flight was late and secondly, they were serving only water free, even the coffee was paid, so were the snacks, but we had to pay to reserve seats. The whole experience is as if it was a low-cost airline. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend using the services of Austrian Airlines: the ticket prizes are quite the same as of the other carriers flying to this destination and you would have much pleasant time.

Business class is not worth it. Not comfortable and old plane with no privacy or enough space unless you on the single seats
We didn’t fly into Neuark , because it departed without us . We ran to a closed gate , and no staff to assist, then to a customer service center that was also closed, then briskly walked (20mins) to another customer center and got a ticket , waited 2 hours , got a flight to JFK instead, because of the time delay we Ran to catch our train home , and again our luggage arrived 3 days later delivery time at 3:45 in the MORNING!!!! Crazy!!!!!! Took a few days to shake off this disappointment of your service. You’re an embarrassment to customer service .
A bellow average experience. A delayed flight , no staff to assist , running and panic to connecting flight , 2 hour wait for customer service. No luggage when we arrived , luggage delivered 3 days after at 3:45 AM !!!! Much stress and anxiety from this experience. Please repair your Brand .

The option to check in the carry on bag for free was very convenient. If one checked bag could be included in the ticket price that would be even better.

We were about an hour late on take off and then, after we pulled up to the terminal at YVR they couldn’t open the door of the plane.
I like the free beer and wine but not the delays to the departure time.
Never again flying economy on Rouge!!! Literally like sardines!!! Will try to change to better seats 3 seat arrangement only so so if traveling with family. Who wants to squished to stranger!!😖 Can’t say enough bad about this!!!
I booked and paid extra for exit door seats also pre paid for my luggage air Canada changed plains and I never got what I paid for and they made me pay for luggage again they also did this to my wife. They are the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with. I am sure I will never see the extra money I paid for the seats or the recharge for the luggage. They are subsidized by the taxpayers and don’t give a dam just a horrible way to do business
Overall the experience was excellent. Plane was clean but more importantly quiet. Recently, I’ve noticed that Airbus planes seem quieter than their Boeing counterparts. I definitely prefer flying in an Airbus plane.
Everything related to this flight except the flight time could have been better. This is not the first though that Rouge has disappointed with poor show! Bad crew adds to the agony! Cant help it because of lack of options from YXE!

I had to change the gate so many times that I got confused.
So we didn't actually go. We were hoping to go for the Inauguration of the first female president. When That Guy got elected, we bailed. Unfortunately, we got basically none of our money back, despite having travel insurance. Would not fly with Air Canada again unless I had to.
Did not happen. After being late over and hour we had to embark and get rescheduled . I got my hotel voucher 1:36 am !!!! . The flight was cancelled past 10pm. I had to pay for my hotel and camp the next day till 23:30 for flight to london. Then change airport and pay myself for transportation to Gatwick airport. Never again I will use your services. Unfortunately I have to come back.
The service was really good. The breakfast food could’ve been better as I don’t eat sweets for breakfast and the only choice was a muffin. Overall, good experience though. Thank you.
I came out early, 4 hrs before departure. The flight was changed 4 or 5 times with few minutes between new and schedule time , then 30 minutes delay, then up to 2hrs 30min delay. When I arrived in Frankfurt, no one help us to lead to the custom service. After almost 1 hour asking around then we must line up for another hour to get overnight and rebooking the next flight. We must find out how to get to the hotel by us self. The shuttle bus driver in Germany was not nice, speak German to English speaking and we must predict what she / he tried to tell us. We got up earlier and tried to not coming late to the check in and immigration procedure (we were told by the helping center that the immigration used to be over crowded) then we came there it was almost empty, then we must stay in the airport for hours not necessary. We got the coupons at the airport for compensation for waiting for delay flight for NOK 75 ( as low as 6 Euros) It is not enough to buy food at the airport price and Norwegian cost of living... How to drink a cup of cappuccino for NOK 72 when the stomach was empty for food in 16 hrs (from dinner at 6 pm the day before to 16 pm the day after) At the hotel in Frankfurt, we were offered two options spaghetti with biff or vegan food and a drink for 18 Euro. Almost 60 passenger ate the same food and I was remembered once time in former Soviet Union in 80's I travelled with Aeroflot and the passenger were stranded in the hotel for next flight and we were also offered only one choice of dinner, if we were hunger we must pay 1$ for 1 egg and another 1$ for two loaf of bread and butter. I can't believe Germany is to poor and inferior service like former USSR in 1980 decade. My good remembering of Luft Hansa disappear and changed totally by this service I got this time.
There was more leg room than on the overseas flight, which was nice. Boarding was very well organized and the flight very comfortable.
The flight was delayed and I was stressing the whole time about whether I would make my next flight.
Liked - efficiency of boarding with 2 jetways. Checkin was with kiosks with helpful and plentiful workers to help with the process. Munich airport security was very automated, efficient and effective. Free wine and beer! Cons - food was only okay in economy class. Plane bathrooms could have been cleaner.
The flight crew did a good job, the main problem I had was in the layout of the pod itself. I know it does not matter but the connection for the head phones was not A- easy to find, B- very difficult to do based on the placement ( behind the right shoulder, very hard to reach, the type of plug on the frame vs the actual plug of the headphones), C due to the location and the way it connected, it did not allow me to use my own headphones, D- very low quality and very uncomfortable headphones, E- Surprisingly, very old selections of movies, for me, at least. I will still fly with Lufthansa as you deliver a very good product overall and I enjoy the quality of service, the ease and the prices. Thank you.
Email noting gate change was good. Very bad: credit card machine broke down to charge for a checked bag. Lady at the counter read my credit card number OVER THE PHONE to a woman in Germany. Very insecure!!
