The check-in staff, boarding staff, and flight crew were all very friendly. Really miss the Porter lounge in Ottawa.
Thanks for giving a beer to everyone in the seat infront of me and then telling me that I can’t have one because they are going to land. I guess I need to pay for a seat and then pick one in the very front of the plane
The flight was delayed by more than one hour. The terminal was consequently overcrowded and hot. We lost our car reservation and hit rush hour traffic in Boston, which added two hours stuck in traffic to our trip.

We were given a complimentary seat upgrade which was so unexpected but so lovely!
Porter was excellent. Boarding was a breeze. The seats were a little uncomfortably but the overall trip was excellent.
Only packaged snacks were served. It was a flight at lunchtime and a hot meal would have been a great.
Reserve check-in was very slow compared to regular check-in. Internet was slow
Lavatories broke with an hour to go. At least we were on time.

They charge 5 dollars for plastic headphones for a flight of 1 hour! Seats are awful. Service is terrible.

On this flight, we didn't even get water offered, nor any other beverage. Therefore we got a snack of pretzels. Flight was good and Air Canada a good airline
I would realllllly like to have been in a seat closer than row FORTY. Needing assistance - longgg way to walk down and back; then they put me in the middle seat-needing to get up for the window seat passenger to go to the washroom etc.
Everything was seamless. I would have appreciated knowing there would not be any real food available for purchase in advance. Otherwise a great experience. Thank you!
The flight was delayed but at least they let us know early about it (the night before)! Everything after that was smooth!
Our seats were changed 3 times in the final 24 hours, and then my wife and I ended up with two middle seats in different rows. Full flight so no changes could be made at the gate.
Air Canada was on schedule, fast, and took care of me the whole flight. With affordable price, I 100% recommend you fly Air Canada if you are able to.
I book my air canada flight and i am an aeroplan card holder however I was required to pay for my first check-in bag. Terrible experience
Announcement of flight cancellation when we were at the gate for boarding. Yelling that the only thing they would do is hand out taxi or hotel voucher. Group of us were travelling to the same location and we were not accommodated to travel together. I was sent to Montreal with barely enough time to make connecting flight and when I got to La Guardia my luggage was sent to Newark. I got a damaged suitcase next night (after 11 pm).
