Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons
I loved having a most black flight crew during Black History Month; rather by design or accident I appreciated the representation. ❤️
This was the second flight this week with flight attendant Marcus I’m not sure if his last name is Lane or Lang but this guy is awesome. He funny, attentive and his service is 5 stars. Marcus makes business travel more enjoyable !
Although the flight left late, we arrived early. It was one of the quickest boarding and off boarding experiences I’ve had. It was kind of annoying the only drinks they had were water, coffee, and tea. The flight was very smooth, temperature was just right, and flight attendants were friendly.
Lower number on this flight so spaced out passengers. Able to enjoy more room to relax during flight. It was lovely.
Everything was ok!! Just bags came up a little be late.
Tasty snacks. On-time departure and early arrival. Luggage arrived quickly at the carrousel. The only negative was a man behind us that was heavily inebriated. He was served 3 double drinks during the flight. There was no telling how much he had before the flight. He was so out of it that he spilled a drink and broke the heavy liquor glass on the floor. I don't believe he should have been served so much alcohol on a two-hour flight.
Kind staff. Snacks are small but that’s the new normal.
The young man who was our flight attendant in first class was lazy and did not do his job well at all. Never offered drinks upon boarding - actually I take that back... said "are you okay with water" as if I do not want to get you anything else, only passed the snacks around once, got my drink order wrong and then never offered a second round of drinks. He was the worst I have ever seen on Delta and we fly a lot.
The crew was very kind and always smiling. The seats were great and I was very comfortable during the flight. The only thing I didn't like was that the lavatories got really dirty at some point during the flight. Other than that my experience was great
The flight was just perfect! We left a few minutes early, had a smooth flight and fortunately had landed before the terrible accident that took off from North Philadelphia airport shortly thereafter.
Random carry-on baggage inspection before boarding for NO REASON. The crew kept talking loudly the entire time, making it impossible to rest. When I asked the crew for something, they said they would come back later but never did. It was an EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT and UNCOMFORTABLE flight.
Staff at the gate were incredibly rude, hostile and threatening. Never fly American Airlines.
Timely boarding process, made up for lost time even after a lengthy wait for de-icing
My seat was wonky...hard and not much padding. I sat next to the Jumpseat for the flight attendant. Thoroughly enjoyed not have a third seat in that row! Flight attendants were amazing. I couldn't answer the "food quality" question as there is no food served on my short flight. I commend the pilot as I know it was super gusty when we landed. Thanks
I think I paid for an extra legroom seat and to be honest, there was not a lot of space available for my not very long legs. The flight was totally full and the staff did everything possible to meet the needs of all passengers. My only concern was for the size and spacing of my seat.
Flight was on time Crew was not. very friendly I paid for premium class and It wasn’t too much different from coach
I chatted with the captain before the flight, and similarly during the welcome announcement, he warned of a turbulent flight that may impact the in-flight service. However, once at altitude, he announced that the weather changed and he immediately turned off the seatbelt sign. But it appeared the cabin crew had already decided to take off this flight. They remained seated and then just chatted in the galley. The flight was fully catered, but only first class received service.
My flight attendant was attentive! The elderly person next to me was flatulent and the flight attendant could see that I was in distress and brought me some face masks
Overall flight was as expected. It would have been better with a couple options for snack instead of only one item and if there was a TV or music as option. But overall satisfied.
