Great service. Great staff. Boarding was a little slow, but I think there was a service dog slowing things down.
Flight left early and arrived early. the whole trip was excellent.
It was terrible, I sat next to a person with a cat, I'm allergic to animal dander, my discomfort was extreme
Seats were really tight and the seat belts did not give enough slack.
Great list of movies, seat was generally comfortable, but not much shoulder room. The fresh baked cookie mostly made up for the lack of variety with the meals, which were all tomato based.
I like in St George and prefer to fly out of CDC than SGU. Hopefully, they will continue the flights out of Cedar

Overall, it was okay. Seat was a little cramped. Would’ve liked more substantial snacks or opportunity to buy some.
Newer plane, relatively easy boarding, not a full flight and was told that we could not be moved up because of weight and balance issues. Otherwise, a very good experience.
Other then mechanical/ computer problem and 3.5 hours flight delay the flight was great. I guess that what happened when you fly an old airplane now a day.
Staff at the gate were incredibly rude, hostile and threatening. Never fly American Airlines.

My seat was wonky...hard and not much padding. I sat next to the Jumpseat for the flight attendant. Thoroughly enjoyed not have a third seat in that row! Flight attendants were amazing. I couldn't answer the "food quality" question as there is no food served on my short flight. I commend the pilot as I know it was super gusty when we landed. Thanks
I think I paid for an extra legroom seat and to be honest, there was not a lot of space available for my not very long legs. The flight was totally full and the staff did everything possible to meet the needs of all passengers. My only concern was for the size and spacing of my seat.
Flight was on time Crew was not. very friendly I paid for premium class and It wasn’t too much different from coach
I chatted with the captain before the flight, and similarly during the welcome announcement, he warned of a turbulent flight that may impact the in-flight service. However, once at altitude, he announced that the weather changed and he immediately turned off the seatbelt sign. But it appeared the cabin crew had already decided to take off this flight. They remained seated and then just chatted in the galley. The flight was fully catered, but only first class received service.
My flight attendant was attentive! The elderly person next to me was flatulent and the flight attendant could see that I was in distress and brought me some face masks
Overall flight was as expected. It would have been better with a couple options for snack instead of only one item and if there was a TV or music as option. But overall satisfied.
The crew were a bit short and not as warm although they did take care of small details that I requested.
The flight was very smooth, crew were fantastic but food was lacking.
