Unlimited drinks and snacks on this long flight. Very courteous Korean staff !!!
Absolutely wonderful,love the big clean plane specially the good food.
Was an easy and great flight. On time. Food was tasty and the only complaint I have is something no one could do anything about. Seems like there’s a lot of ill people in Korea these days and the flight was full of people coughing.
I’ve always been impressed by the cleanliness of the toilets or, at least, its frequent monitoring, cleaning, and toiletry replacements. The in-flight service by flight attendants is superb.
Glad you had Bibimbap which tasted much better than mesh potato or pasta.
Absolutely horrible. The fight member crew or not very friendly and the food was horrible.
It would be better if flight crew can clearly communicate in english. But they are kind and accommodating. Food is good, especially the sandwiches on the self-serving snack trays. They are better than the ones served. Boarding was organized.
So far one of the good one , whenever I go to Korea , I always use Korean airline .
They could have had more up to date movies/better choice of music.
Terrible experience will never fly Delta again. Delayed flight with total disorganization and inept crew who wouldn’t communicate.
I would like to commend the staff from this flight. They all looked happy and I can tell they love what they are doing and constantly smiling while serving the passengers. Special mention to the guy FA in our section. I did not get his name but he is so far the best F.A I have ever encountered!

When I booked a premium economy ticket. I then had to pay $100+ to book my seat.
Didn't like on this return inbound flights (from Hong Kong to Vancouver) Outbound to the Hong Kong was good.
I was ordered vegetarian food, but didn't services to me :(
Airline itself is great. While food was being taken off of my tray my beer spilled which was a total accident and I wasn’t upset about that, what was frustrating was I had to ask for towels to clean up and wipe my leg. It would have been left as is if I hadn’t.
Bars and restaurants in Taipei close early. The lounge isn’t very good, but better than the public areas.
Short lay over. Seat assignment was terrible. Was traveling as a family and end up being seated separately. Will not use underpricer ever again.
Unable to set seat assignment. Got a call from presumably “China airlines representative” but was asking for an exorbitant amount for the seat assignment. Was traveling as a family end up being assigned to different seats as a result. Will never use underpricer again.
Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.
At the boarding gate, Jeju airline accepted "carry on" bags for checking in for free due to the "limited cabin space". This is because most passengers were carrying multiple bags that exceed the size and weight limit for carry on items. Rather than inspecting carry-on bags at the counter and requiring excess bags to be checked in for a fee, they allowed freeloading at the boarding gate to to the detriment of those who paid the fee for checked bags. This is totally unfair.

No priority counter check in for families with young children.
The flight was delayed from GUM to ICN, there was no notification on how delayed the flight would be. Although we received notice, there was no specified time given. The flight was also very uncomfortable.
Cons: "Sold me a ticket then cancelled 15 minutes later due to not having updated information from the airline on bookings."
I was very impressed with this airline. Quick, easy check in, very considerate staff, comfortable seats, and the seatbelt fit! (I’m a larger person, and usually need an extension) Will definitely fly with TigerAir again!
