Pros:Crew was amazing, seats were very comfortable

Pros:Happy attitudes of crew and gate assistants - efficiency and politeness with a good sense of humor.

Cons:That Southwest take out of business Spirit because this was my flight home and it was great.
Pros:This was the least comfortable seating experience I have ever had. The legroom was tight and the seat was very uncomfortable.

Southwest Airlines is behind the times with a woefully inefficient service animal policy that leads to major inconsistency and stress for passengers and crew alike. Despite so many attempts to share feedback and request better support, they bungled it once again and provoked a panic attack in the process, with no apologies or acknowledgment that their crew was failing to adhere to their own inadequate policies. WiFi didn’t work, flight was delayed by an hour, it was about what I’ve come to expect from Southwest these days.

Cons:Inform guests as to WHY we were delayed. Luckily I changed my flight that still had delays and NO indication as to why.
Cons:The flight attendant was beyond rude and was not helpful at all and she seemed like she had a bad day from the beginning of the flight , unfortunately I couldn’t see her name batch, but it was the first time in southwest seeing someone like this . Not OK
Pros:Social distancing and making people wear masks

Cons:Southwest is very often running behind and it’s becoming more frequent. I don’t get this from American Airlines
