Fresh energetic and friendly crew, great food, brand new plane and non stop entertainment
One of the worst flights I took in My life, delays after delays, then the AC is not working and we were living in a sauna,& we were sweating like pigs. and this even before take off. Next we arrived late one hour late, baggage claims worse than the delay itself add to that one more hour to get our luggage. I am extremely disappointed and my experience is I’m never going to fly on Emirates airline. Immigration was the only good thing about this trip. It took us seven minutes to go through to the luggage claims.
When you buy emirates you don’t expect low cost. Boarding by bus. Seat will not incline. Line before emergency exit. Eating tray hits belly (and I didn’t grow lately). Entertainment on demand by payment.
No Vegetarian options onboard, made to wait for a long time for boarding
It was economy plus. That is all. I literally felt like traveling in economy class with a little extra leg room. Poor food. V restricted options. Worst of all POOR CREW ATTITUDE.

I am vegan. The food was balanced, tasty and enough. I enjoyed the ride. The crew was very friendly and went out of their way to please the passengers.
Everything was superb, only bad point was that the fast track on London Heathrow arrivals was not handed out to me and I had to go back to the gate to collect it.
Boarding in the bus was slow and extremely hot. The flight attendant in the area of row 21 was extremely rude and had the attitude of not wanting to be at work for the day. Emirates you can do better than this
All was good. Emirates should restart allowing fast track immigration for business class at Manchester airport. Saves a bit of time
