Seat width can be a bit wider. not nice that they charge extra for the window seats. online check in can be greatly improved. in other words, their online interface is bad.

Seats were comfortable with excellent legroom. Meals were also quite good. The cabin crew were excellent and very helpful. The check-in experience was also very smooth.
I was very happy with my flight on ANA. The crew were excellent and very helpful throughout the flight. The food was also very good. The seats were comfortable and had excellent legroom. The headphone jack position was annoying, but that is a minor nitpick. The movie selection in the IFE was good, but the TV selection was lacking. Adding English subtitles to the Japanese movies and videos would have been very useful.
Wonderful. I love ANA airlines. It's the best so far. My first pick when I travel now.
Just okay. Staff is accomodating especially at the check in counter and gate. Boarding was just fine. Leg room was cramped at economy. No entertainment, wifi is so-so. Cola in can given by cup, but rest of can was not given. At least give the whole can.
What I noticed is that when customers or passengers are asleep, they are no longer given food.
Flight were late each leg of the trip, seats were narrow and uncomfortable. Food was delayed and poor quality. Overall a bad e perience. I complained and was offered no offset or compensation.
I ask the crew to help me get my bag because I can't reached it she ignore me
ANA’s service was great, and the flight was nice and smooth . They gave us updates and checking in and boarding was smooth and easy .

Small plane, so no entertainment. Hour delay! Nobody explained wht the delay was all about.
I wasn’t happy with the hour delay from Dallas to McAllen, but that is the nature of travel. I don’t like to fly in general because of all of the problems all the time.
It went up and down at the right time and place. I’m happy with that outcome.
Most of the delay was due to weather which is not what was at issue here. One delay was due to a missing flashlight and in the end the flashlight was actually found on the plane. The entertainment system is very limited. Live TV options offer only a few channels that are not very appealing. Boarding and deplaning are always difficult. It just takes too much time to get on and off the plane. On the plus side, I missed my connecting flight, but was easily able to book a later flight from the app while enroute.
Terrible. Extremely expensive. Monitor wasn’t working the whole flight 11 hrs and American didn’t offer anything. Change of seats, wifi etc. I’m expecting q compensation from the airline
After several delays and being rebooked onto a layer flight, I had to speak to three AA agents for baggage claim to get an attendant. All were in foul mode and reluctant to assist or offer any assistance.
Lack of communication with customers through the delays and poor audio during boarding. No assistance to serve a number of customers with limited time between connecting flights. Lack of empathy from staff. Rebooked on a flight that seemed solely for purposes of taking those that missed their connection the night before. The hostess at the gate arrived late and never expressed any form of compassion or friendliness toward passengers. Just get them on board, so I can go in with my life. Will never fly AA again.
AA had a nationwide tech glitch today and after two connections snd hours of delay, I arrived 7 hours late to my destination
Was supposedly in main extra (row 10), but the seat spacing appeared to be regular economy (the head rest was blue, as well - same as economy, the seats in front of us had red head rests). Otherwise the flight was good and got in well ahead of schedule.
