I loved everything, I was just a little confused on my bag allowance. When I checked in it said I was allowed 2 check in bags, but when I got there they said I was only allowed 1 so I had to pay an additional 200 dollars! Other then that everything was great! I would love to use your Airlines again when I fly out to Manila again in late May, however I want to be able to have 2 bags included this time lol 😆

everything was fine, would have liked better food but it was warm, great choices for movies
the water for tea could have been hot, entertainment was awful, lots of old movies and TV shows
The carry on baggage was collected before boarding without further information where the passengers can collect them . When the flight arrived at Tan son Nhat airport, it was very complicate to find the luggage
I like it when the plane have waited for passengers like us who are trying to catch the plane. Detroit was my mom's port of entry we spent too much time looking for our luggages at baggage claim which no problem. But then the problem occur after the immigration when the homeland security agents forgot to give us our passports which it took so long to find them and I was very anxious because we might not be able to catch our flights but luckily the plane to knoxville still sitting there and waiting for us. Praise the Lord for everything.
I took several flights that day, this was the only flight that was absolutely freezing!! It was so cold.
They changed aircrafts and they moved my seats that were already prepaid. I did not get the seats I paid for, so I got expensive seats that I didn't want
The flight was at least 3 hours late with not much of an explanation other than connecting flight was late
Good. Obviously there is a slightly condescending attitude of all American workers towards their customers but other than that all good.
Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons

This was the second flight this week with flight attendant Marcus I’m not sure if his last name is Lane or Lang but this guy is awesome. He funny, attentive and his service is 5 stars. Marcus makes business travel more enjoyable !
Although the flight left late, we arrived early. It was one of the quickest boarding and off boarding experiences I’ve had. It was kind of annoying the only drinks they had were water, coffee, and tea. The flight was very smooth, temperature was just right, and flight attendants were friendly.
Lower number on this flight so spaced out passengers. Able to enjoy more room to relax during flight. It was lovely.
Everything was ok!! Just bags came up a little be late.
Tasty snacks. On-time departure and early arrival. Luggage arrived quickly at the carrousel. The only negative was a man behind us that was heavily inebriated. He was served 3 double drinks during the flight. There was no telling how much he had before the flight. He was so out of it that he spilled a drink and broke the heavy liquor glass on the floor. I don't believe he should have been served so much alcohol on a two-hour flight.
Kind staff. Snacks are small but that’s the new normal.
The young man who was our flight attendant in first class was lazy and did not do his job well at all. Never offered drinks upon boarding - actually I take that back... said "are you okay with water" as if I do not want to get you anything else, only passed the snacks around once, got my drink order wrong and then never offered a second round of drinks. He was the worst I have ever seen on Delta and we fly a lot.
The crew was very kind and always smiling. The seats were great and I was very comfortable during the flight. The only thing I didn't like was that the lavatories got really dirty at some point during the flight. Other than that my experience was great
Very modern plane. Good seat spacing. Meals were good. Screens had tons of movies and worked
There's just no way to sit fully upright and comfortably in these seats. There needs to be 2 more inches of room, and that's not something that only one person on the flight needs - the whole flight needs 2 more inches of room. If that means you sell 6 less seats, so be it. It's too close for anyone. Forcing people to pay for "premium" economy just to get "barely enough space to breathe" isn't really an answer to that.

The plane was in Moline all night. Consequently, we assumed an on time departure at 8:15am. Unfortunately, and as is the normal case with United in Moline, we departed 2.5 hours late. When the crew came, it was discovered that there was very little heat in the plane. Seems this should have been checked hours before the crew arrived. Then when we boarded and the plane was to be de-iced, the United de-icing truck was not working! We awaited the American Airlines truck. All of this caused us to miss our connection in Chicago. My suggestion is never take United Airlines flight from Moline. We have been disappointed 80% of the time and have vowed to not take United again from Moline.
Flight was delayed two hours. No snacks and no tv screens. My bag got stuck in Chicago
The aircrew was solid, the flight was chill, I had no issues. The gate agent was not the best. I was trying to use a military bag upgrade to move my bag from under the seat to the overhead bins and he told me there’s no overhead bins on the plane, argued with me why booking put a military member in basic economy (I don’t really understand this) and made it an issue to even try to help me stating I’d have to call reservations to get a bag upgrade. When every other agent with United can add it at the gate, this man couldn’t be bothered.

They needed people to check a bag, they did check my bag and I had to wait 10 minutes after the flight to get it it wasn’t too bad
Did not even get on board. Was told I needed an esta agreement. Was not aware of this when I booked the fare and not told about them
Everything was on time, we arrived early, everything worked well.
The only thing is if Wi-Fi is available after you land and taxi to the gate. It takes forever to get to the gate, and having the Wi-Fi continue would be great to bide the time at least 5 minutes before you arrive at the entrance. That is my only comment; otherwise, everything was good.
Had to wait on pilot and crew to depart and had to wait to arrive at the gate because they only had 2 crews working. Delays, delays....Planes just keep getting smaller and tighter and they nickle and dime for everything. When will an airline actually wake up and make flying more enjoyable?
Seating was horrible. Small seats. Access to flight information and extras very iser unfriendly. Kept losing internet after paying for it. Staff in madison was as unprofessional and unhelpful.

Other than being delayed 5.5 hours and having to get a hotel because I missed my connecting flight, it was an okay flight. No in-flight Wi-Fi or entertainment.
It was nice being on a flight that had working wifi. The boarding was quick - why don’t all airlines have small boarding groups window to aisle? Makes so much sense!!! I was disappointed to be the first person stopped to have to gate check my carryon. Especially when there was plenty of overhead space at the back! But I get it…keeps it moving. Crew was nice.
The flight from Buffalo to Chicago was on an older and smaller plane. Seating was tight. Looking closely at the interior of the aircraft there were definitely signs of aging and wear.
The flight encountered a delay exceeding 4 hours. The food voucher issued was valued at $12, insufficient to cover our meal expenses. Consequently, I was unable to take my medication, leading to a drop in blood sugar levels and exacerbating my anxiety.
Airplane was cold. Flight attendants were rude. Phone charger did not work. No food available.
My flight was cancelled and I was left to figure out where to find a hotel, something to eat and how to get a new flight at 11:30pm. Wasted a day. Thanks, Air Canada!
flight was delayed 6 hours for weather, then cancelled because of the crash in toronto, but none of the links to cancel or rebook my flights are working
They kept changing the gate (6 times in 30 minutes) and then left us on the plane for 4 hours before departure. Likely was the storm, which is understandable, but the lack of communication and the e constant running between gates at opposite ends of the airport really threw me and my friend for a loop.
Legitimately everything about this flight was awful, was also so delayed I never want to use air Canada again
Terrible all around. Flight was late and airplane was very uncomfortable. The crew were unhelpful and hid in the back. Did zero work. No entertainment.
Because I am quite tall a bit more leg room would have been more comfortable. Out of three seats I had the middle one, unfortunately.
I like the free beer and wine but not the delays to the departure time.
Never again flying economy on Rouge!!! Literally like sardines!!! Will try to change to better seats 3 seat arrangement only so so if traveling with family. Who wants to squished to stranger!!😖 Can’t say enough bad about this!!!
I booked and paid extra for exit door seats also pre paid for my luggage air Canada changed plains and I never got what I paid for and they made me pay for luggage again they also did this to my wife. They are the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with. I am sure I will never see the extra money I paid for the seats or the recharge for the luggage. They are subsidized by the taxpayers and don’t give a dam just a horrible way to do business
Overall the experience was excellent. Plane was clean but more importantly quiet. Recently, I’ve noticed that Airbus planes seem quieter than their Boeing counterparts. I definitely prefer flying in an Airbus plane.
