I would probably fly with them again. It was a smooth process.

Crew was great, flight was uneventful (which is what you want!), would like media in the seat backs in all airplanes ..but all in all it was a good flight experience.

Unfortunately, an issue occurred where a delay impeded me from making my connection in LA. I couldn't get a flight home until 10 hours after my originally scheduled flight. Once I finally made it to DFW for my connecting flight, my next flight was delayed. I was supposed to be home on 12/23 at 9:00 p.m. I didn't make it home until 12/24 at 11:00 a.m. I was given the choice to either take a flight the next day or the flight that way 10 hours later. I wasn't given an option for a hotel if I stayed overnight. I was also denied the ability to go to the Alaska Lounge due to the delay. It was a very uncomfortable experience. The only seat I was able to get on the next flight was in a row where the seats couldn't recline. After an extended wait at the airport, this was very frustrating!

We don't have food or entertainment on this flight. We were late boarding but then arrived in Yakima early. Kayak sent me a delay notice but we weren't delayed.

I paid $49 to select my seat---6A a window seat just behind first class. When I started to get on the plane I was told that my seat had been given to someone else and I now had a middle seat. They finally gave me an aisle seat. When I told them I wanted my $49 back, I was told I would need to call alaska and fight with them to get my money back. And when i was on the flight people going by kept hitting me with their bags. I have tried calling alaska twice to talk about a refund but never got thru to the right person!

Flight crew had the courtesy to ask passengers from my first flight to allow those of us disembarking to go first so that we could make it onto our connecting flights. Worked like a charm. Both crew and fellow passengers working together for a better outcome for all.

We missed our connection to Portland and ended up having to drive.

Spent extra to choose my seat. Found a window available so grabbed it. They did not mention the row didn’t recline. Had over 5 hour flight stuck in a straight back chair. Traveling for funeral - needed to rest and couldn’t get comfortable (row infront of exit😒 should have realized but wasn’t thinking I guess).

You an Kayak offered travel insurance. I had to cancel are flights which I well say was easy an I got my money back. BUT not the travel insurance Kayak or X cover has keep the money. So why I never went on the fligt I cancel way early. I know one thing I'll never go to kayak again.

Check-in was easy, I did it from the app. Boarding was easy, the crew was great. Santa Barbara airport had a disabled plane so we had to land in Burbank to refuel. They kept us well informed, and everyone was great. A very entertaining person from the Burbank airport got on and told a few jokes.

Great service. Great staff. Boarding was a little slow, but I think there was a service dog slowing things down.

Flight left early and arrived early. the whole trip was excellent.

Seats were really tight and the seat belts did not give enough slack.

Other then mechanical/ computer problem and 3.5 hours flight delay the flight was great. I guess that what happened when you fly an old airplane now a day.

We were forced to wait nearly 50 additional minutes before leaving the terminal.

Most of my discomfort was going through TSA. However, the Delta seats had inadequate leg room and I tried my very best to connect to the wi-fi and it was a cumbersome process that finally gave me the info that I needed to sign in AFTER I had completed the flight...Why make it so difficult to use? That said I really really appreciate the pilot taking a little extra time to avoid a bad storm area and both landings in Atlanta and Orlando were flawless to my delight!!!

I appreciated friendly service from check-in, to boarding, to in-flight amenities! Attendants were accommodating and helpful. Thank you! Elaine

Bottom seat cushion is almost non existent. Very uncomfortable seat.

Coach seating is debilitating, neither my husband or I can walk the following day

Forced to check my bag which fit in carry on, boarded and then sat for over an hour waiting to take off with no explanation.

They delayed flight because lack of staff then missed connection. Never flying with kayak or weather

WestJet claims that tickets purchased through a 3rd party (such as you kayak) they cannot make sure they mention the luggage situation. We purchased tickets that wouldn’t allowed any carry on. WHAT!? So ridiculous. We bought them and there was not one single place mentioning that. Then on our departure the WstJet attendant was a super nasty rude person. Very unprofessional, unpleasant. She should be reprimanded and given some sort of training but I believe that won’t change her nasty disposition. On our return was great, the front desk gentleman was really professional, friendly and helpful. He offered us to pay $18 usd each for our carry on backpacks as they were small (instead of $90 each at the departure, she could have mentioned but decided not to do so. Didn’t print my boarding pass with my full name as in the passport and made the flight delay because the crew needed to correct it).

Scrooge airlines spoiled my last chance at Christmas with my 95 and 92 year old folks. and rest of the family in Calgary. Ticket personnel would not let me on without a passport and I always visit Canada with my enhanced driver;s License when I travel from the US

Flight was delayed due to mechanical issues to the point that I missed my connection and had to wait for 6 hrs in Calgary... thankfully I wasn't in a rush or that would have been annoying

It was an awesome experience flying with Westjet. This was my first domestic flight experience in Canada.

The additional charge for the WiFi was not worth it. Streaming a football game was a joke as it continued to lag will be requesting a refund

Flight was delayed 1.5 hours. Baggage took 45 minutes to reach carousel

The quality of service at WestJet has really decline in the past couple years. Now they rarely leave on time and are full of excuses to obviously try to minimize their responsibility for compensation. Reality and what is mentioned at the gate for delaus rarely jive. If you apply for compensation even if appropriate, you are declined. They need to get back to doing the small things great rather than look for more reasons to grab money.

I had a guy behind me kneeing me in the back due to his limited leg room and the stewardess kindly relocated him. I was very grateful.

Flights were great. Food was great. More information about the requirements for plane transfer in Canada would have been helpful. I almost missed it.

The problem in part was with the airports, not really the fault of Air Canada. Confusing directions regarding the gate, in Seattle the recommended shuttle train entrance was not working. Simular problems in Toronto. Baggage arrived in good time. Marx Bros movie on entertainment from Seattle. I was told I was laughing too loudly, by the flight attendant. No lounge in Seattle. Lounge in Toronto excellent.

The crew and food were very good. The plane was dirty..

Had to buy headphones. Which is sad. I did not so I listened to podcasts and slept. Free beer is excellent a d those pretzels are great too. Overall I feel Air Canada slightly exceeds Westjet for overall experience. But still more can be done. Like allowing guests to view a movie for free.

Flight was cancelled due to problems with the aircraft . Not much else to add . Itinerary was changed from yeg to Yule direct . Fine .

Both my flights from Calgary to Montreal were pleasant. I should also mention my gratitude to the two ladies at YYC who helped with my check in and went out of their way to assist me.

Flt was Vanc to Toronto. You don’t serve food and child behind me kicking the seat. Otherwise good.

Both fights were delayed. Food could be better comparing to other international flights

Due to the approaching strike I have to admit Air Canada personnel showed empathy and compassion.Thank you for an enjoyable flight

I found the personal kind and caring. The Problem was not enough people to serve the the customers. The flow was restricted the crowd frustrated by the wait times. Air Canada seems to hire good people but they need backup in order to provide the service we pay for.

Lots of selection for entertainment. Fight was comfortable. However. The flight was delayed multiple times. And the delay caused us to miss an important mwwting.
