The boading process was fine. Had to wait for bus from tarmac to terminal. Had to go through 2 or 3 security checkpoints in Lima to make next connecting flight.
Routine and on time flight with pleasant stewards and decent food. Nice experience!
The seats are getting smaller and smaller. Very uncomfortable trip. More than in other airlines
Check-in was a total disaster, almos a full hour in the line
My experience it was okay but have many thinks to be better. For example the food, the comfort.
For bus boarding, group 1 should have been sent on a separate bus ahead of the general boarding. It would have been nice.
I do not speak Spanish or read in Spanish When asking for help, people were hard to find they spoke quickly and pointed a lot directions for where to go and what to do we’re unclear. Which made my traveling uneasy.
I do not read or speak in Spanish. Only English. When asking for help, the people spoke quickly in English and pointed a lot. I wish they would’ve spoken a little slower for me to understand. There was much confusion and hurried in their message and I was unclear as to where to go
Everthing ok , crew very nice but but we had a bad experience with the wheel chair we had to wait too much for the chair, my husband couldn’t walk and he was in lot of pain , LATAM has to take care of that
Not very good, they nickel & dime you for better seats & pay extra for the checking in bag, bad service all the way around
