Nothing! I just didn't eat or use entertainment. I had three seats all to myself and it was wonderful!!!!

My seat was comfortable. There was no TV on the airplane.
Flight delay was inconvenient and exhausting getting in at 1 am. However the crew and lounge was very comfortable.
No complaints. Great service. A first class entry lane at boarding wouldn’t hurt.
Everything was good. Uneventful flight, which is the best kind.

Awful . Extra charge on my bags even after it was confirmed it wasn’t overweight.
The plane was delayed for over an hour because of a family who didn't speak English, and didn't understand what was asked of them. While I understand the delay, I thought it was unfair to keep us all waiting for over an hour to get to our destination and a better approach should've been exercised.

I paid for what I got which was cheap, I brought my own entertainment. I knew what to expect, so I could be prepared. If you’re flying economy, check in early like me. I have no problems with my flight, was on time, staff were friendly, and overall good experience.
Only thing that I liked it that I got to my destination safely, otherwise American Airlines stinks.
Ok. Got us there safely and a bit early. Need food available on this long flight. Almost 3 hours.
Flight was delayed multiple times and I chose to switch to another flight that had a layover. I finally arrived 7 hours later than I was supposed to.
Flight overall was good. Landing was a little rough, but could be attributed to the rainy weather.

The flight from CLE to JFK was fantasti! Pilots and cre were informative and accommodating.
Deparature was late, which is annoying but the arrival was fine and the baggage came early.
No explanation of why there was no snack and drink service (unless requested) when there was service in the other direction.
The First class experience was really good!! Customer service was excellent.
