Paid for first class, but the flight attendant for first class did the minimum required. She really ever came to pick up the trash, and never asked if we needed anything. Every person had to ring for the flight attendants if they wanted any extra drinks. When I went back to use the restroom, she was just sitting on her phone.

Nothing! I just didn't eat or use entertainment. I had three seats all to myself and it was wonderful!!!!

When we checked in our luggage, we had to use the tray, but include this tray is extra weight. I think you should not use the tray.

From my interactions with the Oakland airport staff through TSA through the gate agents to the flight crew on Hawaiian they were just so kind professional and helpful.. the only thing I would add would be the they need more help and TSA and on the Hawaiian airlines flight it would be so much nicer for them to play beautiful Hawaiian music on the way over there.. they didn't start playing it until right before we landed..

I flew from San Francisco to Honolulu on Alaska Airlines codeshare with Hawaiian Airlines, with a Hawaiian Airlines plane and crew. The flight was well organized, including boarding and deboarding. The crew was professional. Unfortunately, the charging ports at my seat and the seat next to me were broken. The Hawaiian airline terminal was a pleasant surprise compared to the rest of Honolulu airport.

We were amazed by the amazing food, comfort and service received in our coach seats. Pleasantly surprised we received breakfast and great beverages for no charge. Bag check fee was on $35. The crew was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

The first flight attendant who served refreshments was not pleasant at all. No eye contact, no smile, I used my “please “ and “thank you “ and all but had pretzels thrown at me. Next one far surpassed pleasantries and more like Alaska Air! Good leg room, comfortable seats. Boarding was without flaws. I didn’t order food….

All was good. Flight from STS to Burbank was on a new plane; flight back was on a plane that was showing its age.
