All good. Great food and entertainment when there isn’t any on a one hour flight
Flight was delayed twice, I was forced to check my bag, and the only offered water or apple juice on the flight
The flight was delayed for an hour, while we sat in the plane.
The flight was delayed over two and a half hours thus causing me to miss my best friend’s funeral. All because the flight crew had to get more rest. That was the reason stated. I understand however very unfortunate. Glad everyone is well rested and resting in peace.
Flight was late to board, then overweight. I booked a non stop flight for a reason, ended up having to re-fuel in Texas, arrived three hours late.
Quick boarding, efficient and pleasant crew. Wish they worked the mic better in the terminal to be understood more clearly.
Our flight experience started at the check in kiosk. Jennifer Polete smf 498304 greeted us and assisted us with our tags and check in guidance. She was so pleasant, helpful and friendly. This was the start of my experience with American Airlines and it made such a wonderful impression. The staff on the airplane were also kind, courteous, and attentive. I would definitely fly American Airlines again
All good except both the outbound and return flights were delayed about 1 1/2 hrs.
Not great. My flight was canceled due to a mechanical problem and I could not get rebooked for the same day. I needed to get to my destination yesterday, not today. I was able to book with another airline but it was a layover and ultimately a 1 hour flight took me 12 hours. Normally I like Alaska much more than Southwest, but Southwest came through with a not terrible price for same day.
The flight was canceled so i booked another flight with Delta, so essentially there was absolutely nothing that i enjoyed about my experience with this flight
Amazingly comfy flight - I had upgraded for a reasonable price and it was worth it. The food also was good.
Had to wait on pilot and crew to depart and had to wait to arrive at the gate because they only had 2 crews working. Delays, delays....Planes just keep getting smaller and tighter and they nickle and dime for everything. When will an airline actually wake up and make flying more enjoyable?
I paid for what I got which was cheap, I brought my own entertainment. I knew what to expect, so I could be prepared. If you’re flying economy, check in early like me. I have no problems with my flight, was on time, staff were friendly, and overall good experience.
After several delays and being rebooked onto a layer flight, I had to speak to three AA agents for baggage claim to get an attendant. All were in foul mode and reluctant to assist or offer any assistance.
No overhead space so all carryons were checked. No internet.
Multiple maintenance delays and the missed and rebooked connection changed gates at least 6 times including one which had us walking 20 minutes to another terminal and then back again. Seated our family of three in different middle seats throughout the plane and then there was an empty seat next to me. Very long travel day which I would have never agreed to if I knew the itinerary would be changed at 5 am, 2 hours before takeoff.
It was as expected for such a short flight. No complaints
It was nice being on a flight that had working wifi. The boarding was quick - why don’t all airlines have small boarding groups window to aisle? Makes so much sense!!! I was disappointed to be the first person stopped to have to gate check my carryon. Especially when there was plenty of overhead space at the back! But I get it…keeps it moving. Crew was nice.
The flight encountered a delay exceeding 4 hours. The food voucher issued was valued at $12, insufficient to cover our meal expenses. Consequently, I was unable to take my medication, leading to a drop in blood sugar levels and exacerbating my anxiety.
On time (actually a little early). Was a good and short flight!
