It was terrible, if they ran flights on time it would make a big difference.
Delta seems to be improving in many areas, except they are super bad with the food available. Bring back normal food service on long flights.
I actually received a notification from kayak on email but not one by text from Delta when my departure gait changed and I almost missed my flight
New boarding doesn't make sense. Filling front first is slow.
Delta flight was great from the check in all the way to arrival. However, I had a very bad experience. I requested a wheelchair and the wheelchair employee that went to pick me up from the plane in Boston to bring me to the baggage claims told me I have to pay him. I was under the impression that it was a free service and I usually give tips but the person forced me to pay and since I said no because I was upset with his demand when my daughter walked in to pick me up he demanded payment from my daughter who paid him thinking maybe now it is a charged service.
Horrible. Grateful to be alive but spent 13 hours at airport only to return back to my familys house and flight changed to next day. They tried to fix a part on plane, had no back up plane and after 10 hours , reattempted the flight and it STILL wasn't fixed. We got a meal voucher and rescheduled flight but there should be some other compensation for the 15 hours spent in airport
My seat was changed at the last minute and I was moved to the last row, right next to the bathroom despite selecting my seat well in advance. I was also made to check my carry on due to space but when I got on the plane there was significant empty overhead space. Picking up my carry on from the luggage carousel added time to my trip which had already been extended due to delay.
There was plenty of overhead room but half of the passengers were told they had to check their carryon bags. My partner and I checked in as early as possible and our seats were split across the aisle.
Flew first class so everything was great. But maybe because the flights were red eye, no meals were served, just chips. I flew Alaska Air 1st class at 9PM (2 hour flight) and they served beef short rib sliders!
There was a loud squeaky sound the whole time we were flying.
It was good. Just that the seats could not be reclined. The people behind were not ready to let the chairs be reclined
Checkin was painful and slow! Lady didn’t seem to know what was going on and couldn’t explain the delay. Seemed ahe couldnt see the computer scree and we couldn’t hear her talk through her mask.
Plane left & arrived early- 5 Crew great. Wi fi - paid for 2, only 1 worked - so so. Waste of $. Coolie was good
There was no USB plug in my section of the plane. So I could not charge my phone. Also, there was no screen to watch movie or anything like that. Wish I had known that in advance, I would’ve brought my iPad.
Made all groups except 2 check despite ample bin space. Inflight WiFi and entertainment didn’t work most of the time.
Seats are smaller and harder than other airlines we have travels with. Food was edible but no good. The sandwich was the only thing I would eat again. They did have a lot of movies to watch.
Not enough room between rows and food was gross. $160 baggage charge?! Never again.
Booked a united Air flight with option to pick seat , then found out was on an Air Canada flight with assigned seat , then they wanted a several dollar charge for some 25 cent value entertainment listening ear device
It was fine. The flight attendant appeared to be in a bad mood but everything was fine.
Waited for our plane from HNL so we didn't miss connection. AMAZING Service for that, then really clean plane. Nice airline attendants.
The gate information was never populated on the Delta app or the airport displays or the desk at the Delta lounge. We found at the last minute that we had to switch terminals and just made it to our flight. Even this we found accidentally by asking an employee at another gate. On board service was poor. Seats were very poor. All in all a poor experience. At best like a Premium Economy on other airlines
Not online or self check in, sent emails in Italian language ,not recommended.
You idiots…ITA cancelled our flights one month out and we had to buy new tickets at a much higher price. You stiffed us by not refunding the cost of the insurance. I’ll never buy through Kayak again.
Premium Economy was average for class. Seat comfort was just okay. Crew was attentive. Checkin was fine and moved quickly. Boarding process in Rome was not well organized.
We booked and purchase our seats in February for a September flight. We choose seats then also, did the online check in on the app the day before and all was fine. At the airline check in they charged our seats and we were not even sitting together after paying for business class seats. They separated us with no explanation and would not change them back. I was very upset. On the return flight, they tried to put us on standby! When again, we purchased seats in February for this flight. The plane was old and smaller and the business class seats were not comfortable like the flight from NYC. Flight attendants were hard to find once the first meal was served, luckily the flights were smooth.
Not boarding 60 minutes late. after getting bumped to this flight because ITA do not hold a flight for five minutes as the fight to the connection was 45 minutes late
Poor , i missed the next flight to new york . We stayed inside the plane for almost 30 or 40min
