There was plenty of overhead room but half of the passengers were told they had to check their carryon bags. My partner and I checked in as early as possible and our seats were split across the aisle.

Flew first class so everything was great. But maybe because the flights were red eye, no meals were served, just chips. I flew Alaska Air 1st class at 9PM (2 hour flight) and they served beef short rib sliders!
West Jet has a horrible boarding process and the seats have no cushion.
There was a loud squeaky sound the whole time we were flying.
I didn’t not like that I could not select my seat and ended up with the worse seat.
The landing was bad and the hostess came two times and i was sleeping but when she served the person that nexts to me I woke up and she didn’t even asked me if I need any drink or snacks two times!!!!
Plane was late because of a mechanical malfunction and the food listed as available was not. Flight attendants seem over worked and under paid. They just done seem happy. And that can be seen in their faces.
Waited 3 hours on a plane to de-ice due to manpower issues. Waited another hour and a half once we landed because of a gate issue. Missed my connections. Created. A total of 13 hours of delay.

Plane was turned around due to fog half way into the flight, Delta did not properly direct passengers to stay on same flight and instead failed to properly rebook on Alaska
WestJet ran out of dinner meals on a transatlantic flight. Crappy to have a bun and a bit of lettuce for food on a long and not inexpensive flight. Flight staff did not look for options to resolve.
Delayed 2 days in London England - very poor communication from Westjet
The Priority check in in Toronto rivalled the poorest I've experienced. The young woman at the desk (7:30 AM, YYZ) was unfriendly and abrupt, behaving as though we were interrupting her day. Her inch long fingernails said it all....I really don't belong here. Other than that, WestJet personnel provided a good travel experience, especially in flight. I must say that the repeated announcements about the cabin being full and how folks should gate check their bags became tedious. WestJet should just offer free checked luggage and charge for carry on suitcases. It would save a lot of time and the voices of the gate agents.
Wish there was an option to book a fellow traveler who is not necessarily paying on the same booking. Then the airline could consider placing us together. It was a long flight to be separated from travel buddy. The first meal, a luncheon I think was ok with warmish pasta and a tiny salad. The second meal, a midnight snack (hard to say because of the time change) was really awful pizza fold-ups, and no option for folks who cannot eat cheese.
It was a 35 minutes flight. Didn't expect much. You should add a 'not applicable' option to your survey.
The back seats are crowded and at times uncomfortable. I guess that’s part of the price of paying less for a seat.
My journey from Rome to Seattle contains two parts, first from Rome to YYC then transfer YYC to Seattle. First part from Rome to YYC was wonderful. Fly on times, easy boarding and comfortable seating and good meals. Second from YYC to Seattle is terrible, delayed three times before boarding. No meal, no water, no entertainment. Landed in some corner of airport , walking in bitter cold night and taking the bus. My friend told me that Westjet is the best airline in Canada, I doubt it
They lost our luggage and didn’t return it until 15 days AFTER we got back.

Flight was delayed due to the late arrival of the catering truck, which is quite unacceptable. There was a beverage service, but no pretzel, or cookie, or nuts were served in coach.
Aisle chair was good and liked the foot bar preventing you from putting your foot in the isle, The breakfast on this international flight to Zurich was horrible (Europeans, specially, used to good food) may make this a dealbreaker for booking with United Airlines again. I agreed with my Spanish fellow passenger.

Backpack should NOT allowed put in the flight bin , only put it under the seat. I can't find space put my carry on luggage!!! and I pay for it ! that was very bad experience
Hated every minute of it. This flight should have only taken 1.5hrs but was delayed over 10hours. Now I am being told I cannot be compensated or refunded my ticket price or extra leg room, which I purchased but did not receive, because the airline is throwing the blame on the 3rd party I purchased tickets through and 3rd party putting the blame on airline. No one wants to help. They received their money and that's all they care about. Im going on 3 days of still trying to get to my final destination, had to cancel car rental, car insurance and hotel. Currently staying in airport until hotels open up. Thank you Lufthansa, Kayak, Underpricer and United for making this trip the worst ever.
Crew was great and did their best to make us comfortable and captain came out at the beginning to announce why the flight was delayed, weather situation up ahead, and kept us updated throughout the flight.
United WiFi is consistently unusable (it can take 10 mins to load a single web page). If you need Wifi to do work, be prepared to lose half a day of productivity.
Awful. I got stuck next to a person carrying a dog and behind someone with a dog. People need to board these dogs downstairs. The cabin is crowded enough with your pets
Packed in like sardines, very uncomfortable. Sitting the aisle my shoulder was rammed into numerous times by rushing flight attendants. Also flight was very cold.
Beverage and food services are excellent. We enjoy paying the extra for economy plus for the 3 inches more leg room to be exact.
No meal. Flight crew was wonderful, happily finding me storage for my guitar. THANK YOU!!!
Horrible delays and confusion at all Air Canada counters. Flight was delayed well over 6 hours with little to no communication. Was o my offered a $15 food voucher and $200 Air Canada voucher—-neither of which did I need or have desire to use. Will never fly this airline again.
Very good other than we have to wait for one crew and we’re delayed and the pilot and his co- pilot has to make a difference to be right on time arrival. Disappointed about no food service also.
I didn't understand what "limited wifi" mean. Everything is money money money. I didn't have any other choice other than Air Canada since I couldn't find any other direct flight.
Flew in Business Class. The new AC lounge at SFO is one of the best I’ve been to with a spacious design and an open air deck. Flight itself was on-time and as expected overall.

On the flight back from SFO to Vancouver ..the crew was less than professional. They completely missed asking if I wanted a drink (and I was awake at all times) and I had to walk to the back of the plane to ask for a cup of water to take with my medication. Also, there was a charge for ear adapters for the movie screen which were given out free on the flight from Vancouver to SFO. The flight from Vancouver to SFO had pleasant crew members. What a difference in the flight back.

Affordable & comfortable. Not sure why a party of two I booked at the same time got seated separately.
