Employees were kind and funny, as always! Flight was late but no announcements were made for people with tight connections to help them transition quickly. No service due to turbulence.
I recently flew Southwest from San Jose to Honolulu. I was very impressed with the flight crew, especially the flight attendant in charge of the front of the plane. She came through the aisle at least five times for drinks and water, and two times for snacks. I have not seen such service since I flew first class. Also, for the first time, they gave us the correct baggage claim number, and the luggage came out quickly. I can't wait for Southwest to have assigned seating! I absolutely hate the Cattle Call boarding procedure and the mad dash to get seats and overhead bins. However, the boarding was efficient.

I used to fly SWA all the time. I know the crew has their little acts that are often fun, and entertaining. On this flight one of the crew was just not nice. Very surprising.
The plane arrived 25 minutes late, and the Wi-Fi was slower than it usually is.
Forget beverage, they didn't even have water for half the passangers?
Can not wait for seating change to reduce the amount of pre boards - it’s disheartening the abuse. And then then deplaning
The flight was canceled so i booked another flight with Delta, so essentially there was absolutely nothing that i enjoyed about my experience with this flight

Nothing! I just didn't eat or use entertainment. I had three seats all to myself and it was wonderful!!!!
My seat was comfortable. There was no TV on the airplane.
The big problem I had was with online check-in! The 6 letter identification that I was given was for Alaska and I had to get a person on the phone (not easy) to give me a different 6 letter code for American. This resulted in my sitting in the very back row! The Alaska code is worthless and should never be given when purchasing this flight!
Flight kept getting delayed. Multiple children forced to stay awake for a flight that took longer than expected.
My flight was delayed. But it was during holidays so you kind of expect things like that to happen. I am not a frequently flyer so I am OK with that. But none the less, once the flight started, it seemed to me like it went fast. 😊
This flight was on time, a bit of turbulence but manageable. Quick "tail wind" flight so no beverages or snacks. Getting baggage is quick
The app is very bugy, did not work well. Other than that it was ok.
The flight was delayed an hour and it was not disclosed to the passengers until it was time to board. There was no in-flight WiFI available and such poor communication overall. Unfortunate that I was going to miss my connecting flight with poor communication on alternatives.
Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons
Flight left early and arrived early. the whole trip was excellent.
Overall, it was okay. Seat was a little cramped. Would’ve liked more substantial snacks or opportunity to buy some.
Inexpensive, got an exit row aisle aeat with no middle passenger, bought a great breakfast sandwich, flight comfortable & arrived ahead of schedule.
It was terrible, if they ran flights on time it would make a big difference.
Delta seems to be improving in many areas, except they are super bad with the food available. Bring back normal food service on long flights.
Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.
The seats are uncomfortable, feels like a small seat pad on plywood.
My husband is very tall and we generally fly Delta Comfort. We used our companion benefit, and our seats were coach and extremely uncomfortable........ horrid even
I actually received a notification from kayak on email but not one by text from Delta when my departure gait changed and I almost missed my flight
Plenty of room for me and the cat in Premium Economy. Seat was comfortable. Boarding was a breeze. The lady at the special check-in desk was great, super helpful and professional.
The seats on this flight were almost roomy enough to be the basic amount needed for human existence. I think my favorite part of this flight was it landed at an A gate, which was the most palatial part of Sea-Tac I've ever seen - a massive improvement from the S gates.

Wish movie and music choices changed more often. Mostly same from a month or two ago when I last flew.
It was good. Just that the seats could not be reclined. The people behind were not ready to let the chairs be reclined

There was no USB plug in my section of the plane. So I could not charge my phone. Also, there was no screen to watch movie or anything like that. Wish I had known that in advance, I would’ve brought my iPad.
Made all groups except 2 check despite ample bin space. Inflight WiFi and entertainment didn’t work most of the time.
Not enough room between rows and food was gross. $160 baggage charge?! Never again.

Amazingly comfy flight - I had upgraded for a reasonable price and it was worth it. The food also was good.
Had to wait on pilot and crew to depart and had to wait to arrive at the gate because they only had 2 crews working. Delays, delays....Planes just keep getting smaller and tighter and they nickle and dime for everything. When will an airline actually wake up and make flying more enjoyable?
I paid for what I got which was cheap, I brought my own entertainment. I knew what to expect, so I could be prepared. If you’re flying economy, check in early like me. I have no problems with my flight, was on time, staff were friendly, and overall good experience.
After several delays and being rebooked onto a layer flight, I had to speak to three AA agents for baggage claim to get an attendant. All were in foul mode and reluctant to assist or offer any assistance.
Multiple maintenance delays and the missed and rebooked connection changed gates at least 6 times including one which had us walking 20 minutes to another terminal and then back again. Seated our family of three in different middle seats throughout the plane and then there was an empty seat next to me. Very long travel day which I would have never agreed to if I knew the itinerary would be changed at 5 am, 2 hours before takeoff.

It was nice being on a flight that had working wifi. The boarding was quick - why don’t all airlines have small boarding groups window to aisle? Makes so much sense!!! I was disappointed to be the first person stopped to have to gate check my carryon. Especially when there was plenty of overhead space at the back! But I get it…keeps it moving. Crew was nice.
The flight encountered a delay exceeding 4 hours. The food voucher issued was valued at $12, insufficient to cover our meal expenses. Consequently, I was unable to take my medication, leading to a drop in blood sugar levels and exacerbating my anxiety.
Not too impressed with them to be honest. They had forgotten my gf meal, despite the fact that the app had notified me that it was sorted. Apparently there is a ‘glitch’ in the system, according to one of the stewardesses, and has been for a while. Also the legroom in economy is way too small (and I’m a slight person) and are very uncomfortable. An extra Internal flight I booked via the app, had not even given me the option to order a meal, so was unaware of that and left without food on a 9 hr. flight !! Don’t think I’ll use AA again after this.
The flight was uneventful. What was a problem was I was delayed getting home one entire day because the flight from Sacramento was delayed. That made getting to my connecting flight impossible. I had to stay another night at the hotel and incur that expense as a result.
