They lock the bathrooms too soon before landing! My bladder was bursting for over an hour. Then the plane had to sit on the taxiway for 1 hour. People started rushing to the bathroom. Creating a dangerous situation.

Flight was late to board, then overweight. I booked a non stop flight for a reason, ended up having to re-fuel in Texas, arrived three hours late.

The pre-flight check in process was bad. The app didn't allow check-in online and forced me to check in at the airport. Alaska didn't have self-service kiosks for check in (only bag tagging stations), so I had to wait in line with people who were checking bags just to get my boarding pass.
Hawaiin airlines never let me know the alaska airlines confirmation number. it took chat and call with customer service to get that.
I think you should still be able to pick a seat at check in no matter the price tier. But the plane was decent. Seats were a little narrow so I imagine larger folks would have some discomfort but I was fine and the crew was great.
Crew was excellent......in flight medical emergency handled very professionally.....

unexpected $120 charge to sit next to my wife on an isle seat in the economy section. Looks like there pre-assigning us both on the middle seat was intentional - leaving the isle seat next to my wife open at $120 was a ploy to make more money. Not good business.
