Compared with other carriers business class for an overnight was not worth the extra expense.

Seats were comfortable. It’s was so cold and very uncomfortable. I paid 2000 miles for wifi service that was choppy the whole flight. Would like to be reimbursed for my miles Food was so disappointing. Three cold and terrible meals for $3000 round trip. This needs to be better.

Easy to board. Flight was super crowded though so I didn't sleep well on that cross country red-eye flight. The aisles seem ot have gotten narrower and the seat smaller whn luggage and people are getting bigger so it would be AWESOME to have more space and breathing room in general ;)

Pilot Erika DeLong made us feel safe and at ease in a frankly scary time to be flying. Her warm smile and greeting and excellent command of the aircraft in foggy bumpy weather helped us all to calm our nerves and get us home safely.

Plenty of room for me and the cat in Premium Economy. Seat was comfortable. Boarding was a breeze. The lady at the special check-in desk was great, super helpful and professional.

Smooth flight. As always dinner could have been more generous. Breakfast was great.

AWFUL. I have had the experience of traveling with many airlines across the world, and hands down United Airlines is the worst. Not one flight was on time, and I don’t think I met one crew member or staff member who wasn’t rude.

Old and out of date plane, it seem like every time I fly with united there’s and issue. We were delayed,

We took off an hour late due to arrival airport not having enough gates. That was followed by 1:30 wait to get our bags delivered for the entire flight.

For an 8.5 hour flight the service on board lacked a bit. Service start was slow, the food was worse than usual and they skipped the snack they were supposed to deliver before landing.

Almost missed boarding, mass line up made me be the last person. Wish the announcement was more loud, didn’t hear what seats or zones were ready. Being last also made finding space for my roller bag. Fortunately the flight attendants made it work!

They are a great airline, and i enjoying flying with them. However my experience with booking through Kayak was a horrible experience. With all the restrictions and glitches of website. My entire bookings by kayak was wrong. And there was no possible way of fixing anything with them, because they hand over responsibility to the airline after purchase is made. Will not be booking through Kayak again and will inform my family and friends not to as well.

Good service was quite limited but that is due to short flight.

Since it was a long flight, a seat with better cushion would have been better. Also, water was offered but the steward walked by too fast to get any.

I liked nothing about this flight nor the incredible lack of service and communication on this flight from the Captain to every staff member. Arrogant, entitled and lacking any kind of basic customer service

I booked my flight ni November and was placed on standby? How does this happen. Flight was 1 1/2 hours late departure plane was switched to a smaller plane easy to tell this is a government run company they don’t care about anyone

Plane was old, cabin was small, overhead bins were small, seats really uncomfortable, no seat-back entertainment

Excellent crew, great food despite catering issues. We need more people like this.

1. The PA system was painfully loud. 2. Overhead bin #33 was missing—I find this troubling.

I had a disappointing experience at the San Diego airport with one of your gate agents. Despite being in Zone 4 and traveling with a standard carry-on bag that has never been an issue (30 flights in Q4 alone), the tall, blonde gentleman forced me to gate-check my bag. When I politely asked if we could verify the bag’s size, he became confrontational, even threatening to deny me boarding twice. His behavior appeared erratic and unprofessional, projecting a negative attitude onto passengers, as if he was going through something mentally. Notably, there was ample overhead space once all passengers had boarded. In contrast, the tall, older Asian agent handled the situation with professionalism and calmness, making a clear effort to de-escalate. As an avid traveler, this unnecessary inconvenience set a frustrating tone for my trip to Asia.
