Please don't shrink the seat space any more, as United has done. Thanks for all your good work.
The flight was delayed almost an hour causing many passengers to be at jeopardy of missing their connecting flights. There was no help in providing passengers help with connections or allowing passengers with connecting flights to exit the plane in an expediated manner.
Hadn't flown for a while the crew was wonderful! Trip was great. My only challenge is navigating the airports. Getting from one plane to the next! All on all nice trip!
We don't have food or entertainment on this flight. We were late boarding but then arrived in Yakima early. Kayak sent me a delay notice but we weren't delayed.
Nothing! I just didn't eat or use entertainment. I had three seats all to myself and it was wonderful!!!!
The kiosk for check in/bag check in. I liked the older version where you did everything on the kiosk (check in and bag tags). This time I needed to use my phone to check in and then scan the ticket from my phone to complete the bag tags. I didn't care for this new method. The older method was simpler.
Weather caused delays, but since I was in no hurry I asked to reschedule for any other day to make room for anyone in need of keeping their schedule. Alaska accommodated my request with an extra bonus - with a credit to my account for another day…. Always had great experience with the Alaska folks.
Overall it was a good flight. No issues. Alaska Airlines is always my first choice.
My seat was comfortable. There was no TV on the airplane.
On time (in fact, early). Easy boarding and getting off.

Inexpensive, got an exit row aisle aeat with no middle passenger, bought a great breakfast sandwich, flight comfortable & arrived ahead of schedule.
Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.
The seats are uncomfortable, feels like a small seat pad on plywood.
My husband is very tall and we generally fly Delta Comfort. We used our companion benefit, and our seats were coach and extremely uncomfortable........ horrid even
My seat had no padding, it was literally plywood with a plastic cover. I could not change seats on my 10 hour flight. My excitement for this trip helped me deal with the pain.
Delay getting into gate in ATL caused delay in bags when getting to BWI, disrupting evening plans with family.
6 hour delay including one after we were boarded. Horrible experience.
The flight was great. The crew were a little terse about the size of my bag. It fit fine.
Food choices were very limited. Taste of the dishes was average.
It’s been awhile since I have traveled on United. I, along with my family who were on the flight noted how smoothly everything went . Boarding, flight crew and service was excellent.
The seats on this flight were almost roomy enough to be the basic amount needed for human existence. I think my favorite part of this flight was it landed at an A gate, which was the most palatial part of Sea-Tac I've ever seen - a massive improvement from the S gates.

Oh my gosh, I loved my experience with United! they made me want to travel more often.
How badly can you screw up baggage claim? We were told to go to baggage claim too for our bags from this flight. Another flights bags were there. They finished up. More bags from a different flight arrived. Our bags did not Finally the baggage claim belt stopped working and and are flight was still listed on the arrivals for that baggage claim 2. And then nothing It turns out that they had been delivered not only the United baggage claim but far away on a Delta baggage claim No I never told us. It was only the people looking around who had been on the flight But I’m sure there was plenty of time for the employees to raffle through the bags and steal whatever they wanted
Sucks ! All three flights I was on this trip were delayed.
Long wait before take off without an update for 20 minutes. Flight was good otherwise.
Flight crew was amazing! I don't like that the Polaris seats are side-by-side.
Everything was awful Flight attendant was condescending, rude and not helpful at all. Small outdated plane. No service, uncomfortable seats. Flight attendant was really the worst. He used hand gestures to communicate instead of words and whenever he used words he was condescending.
This was a pleasant, short flight and the crew was friendly.

Small plane, so no entertainment. Hour delay! Nobody explained wht the delay was all about.
Same problems with delays in Dallas. This was weather related and due to the incoming flight being delayed. This was the flight that was delayed due to a missing flashlight which turned out not to be missing.
We boarded after several delays due to mechanical failure and a gate change. The seat cushion in the exit row was very compressed and offered no cushion, making the four-hour journey reasonably uncomfortable. The WiFi worked for a few people, but for most, it did not, and you cannot get entertainment unless you can connect—American Airlines flights do not have seatback screens, and you must use your mobile phone.
Only thing that I liked it that I got to my destination safely, otherwise American Airlines stinks.
Improvements in communication and empathy are absolutely necessary for American Airlines staff (top down). It’s like they are numb to the needs of their customers.

My seat was wonky...hard and not much padding. I sat next to the Jumpseat for the flight attendant. Thoroughly enjoyed not have a third seat in that row! Flight attendants were amazing. I couldn't answer the "food quality" question as there is no food served on my short flight. I commend the pilot as I know it was super gusty when we landed. Thanks
AA is always pretty solid. Was on time all the way around today so can’t complain!
