Overall good. Good communication from the captain on delay, cozy seats, nice staff, and a perfect landing.
The plane was clean. The flight crew was friendly and helpful. The flight was smooth and the pilots kept everyone informed of our status, etc. It was my first flight on Alaska Airlines and it was great. I'll be choosing them again in the future.
Good but a boarding pass for my return flight was not sent to me.
I really wish there were TV monitors. I don’t have a mastery of computers, so I was left with a six hour flight, and no entertainment.
Good flight and crew. Wonderful to be on time! Only drawback, I didn’t know ahead of time there was no back-of-the-seat tv screen.
Everything was fine. There was just quite a bit of turbulence, which always makes me very anxious.
On my trip from Seattle to San Jose it would’ve been nice to have the gate transfer nearby instead of at the opposite end of the airport that’s it
This was our fist time flying Alaska Airlines. Overall it was a great experience. Ticket counter, gate agents and flight attendants were all wonderful. They all seemed happy at what they do and it shows. Of 4 legs, the onboard WiFi was spotty on 1 leg. The food in first class cabin was ok. Couldn’t get the text messaging notifications to work so had to rely on Flight Aware and the Alaska App. Flights were on time and uneventful. We would def fly Alaska Airlines again :)
Both flights were delayed, the Bellingham to Seattle flight was delayed so much I nearly missed my connection with a two hour layover to spare. I could have driven to Seattle and back in the amount of time the flight was delayed. Seattle to Bellingham Washington also delayed. Not good.
I've flown at least six times this past year. For some reason, the entry into Seattle felt like the worst ever. It felt like the plane was going too high, too fast for entry and then a very rough landing. Could have been the weather. All else was fine. Please consider changing snacks from pretzel sticks to nuts as an option.
Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.
The seats are uncomfortable, feels like a small seat pad on plywood.
My husband is very tall and we generally fly Delta Comfort. We used our companion benefit, and our seats were coach and extremely uncomfortable........ horrid even
My seat had no padding, it was literally plywood with a plastic cover. I could not change seats on my 10 hour flight. My excitement for this trip helped me deal with the pain.
Delay getting into gate in ATL caused delay in bags when getting to BWI, disrupting evening plans with family.
6 hour delay including one after we were boarded. Horrible experience.
The flight was great. The crew were a little terse about the size of my bag. It fit fine.
Flight was delayed. Had to get rebooked. Diamond medallion but stuck in a crappy seat. Rebooked flight then got delayed again. Then when we finally boarded, we waited another hour for a new crew. Then landed in JFK and sat for another 40 minutes waiting for a crew to come to the gate to be able to deplane. Hot mess all around, which unfortunately is becoming the norm for Delta
Screen didn’t play movies, do I was pretty boated the entire flight.
It was very cold because the air conditioner was on high power, and my son got sick.
Long wait before take off without an update for 20 minutes. Flight was good otherwise.
Flight crew was amazing! I don't like that the Polaris seats are side-by-side.
Everything was awful Flight attendant was condescending, rude and not helpful at all. Small outdated plane. No service, uncomfortable seats. Flight attendant was really the worst. He used hand gestures to communicate instead of words and whenever he used words he was condescending.
The entertainment would not work. The comfort of the seats leaves something to be desired, pretty uncomfortable.
Short flying. The seats do not recline at all and very uncomfortable.

Everything was fantastic. Modern plane. All the amenities! Although the paid snacks and meals are pure robbery. Like i understand airlines need to make money, but 11$ USD for an overnight oats with some nuts in it and barely any pieces of apple.... Highway robbery
Never happened, because of the first delayed flight I lost the connection and had to wait overnight and take two flights to reach my destination.
The departure was delayed by 1 hour. The seat was comfortable and selection of entertainment is very good.
I was refused to used the toilet closes to my seat and had to go to the back of the plane .. it was difficult for me I’m a wheelchair customer
Packed commercial flight was as comfortable as can be expected

3hour delay In the last 3 months i had 3 flights and 2 of these had a more than 2:40 hrs delayed

Airlines changed our originally booked flights. Our luggage was completely damaged.
Deplaning time. Having to wait 10 to 25 minutes after boarding to leave the gate. Having to wait 10 minutes to park at the gate to deplane.☹️
