Service was great, we had bad departure and bad arrival due to weather, but that we cannot control. Hats off to the pilot!
boarding was uneventful. Snack was pathetic. A tiny fruit bar. Entertainment was limited to just select movies on your own tablet or phone. No live TV. I recently flew Jetblue and they had unlimited snacks and live satellite TV the entire flight. My seat was an exit seat, 20A. It was super uncomfortable. It felt cramped and the middle seat was taken up by a large woman who pushed into my shoulder and arm. Horrible flight.
The first flight was an hour and a half late leaving, thus missing my connection. The second flight Departure was two hours late Leaving.
Never nice, United Express partners always do an amazing job.
The flights were great. Although late departing Cancun, the staff at the airport did a great job in rebooking us on a later flight leaving Newark for Ottawa. With the delay, we would not have made our original flight. They also pulled our bags and retagged them. Wonderful job.
Checked my bag despite paid the seat upgrade and there was plenty of space available in the overhead bin.
Preferred the UA flight compared to the Air India. The seats were more comfortable and the food was good enough.
I was lucky to sit in a seat with legroom in economy . The airplane felt like it was 100 years old, seats were very basic, barely reclined. Food was alright , staff was ok but not the friendliest. But all in all ok trip, perfectly on time
Fabulous! Plane was full a couple of months ahead of time and there were no seats available for purchase. Not the airlines fault but maybe they should offer more flights on that route! Thanks
The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.
Plenty of overhead space but forced to check my carry-ons both legs

The flight from CLE to JFK was fantasti! Pilots and cre were informative and accommodating.
My flight got delayed for almost 4hrs and then it thankfully went to only 2hrs. Then we were told that there were no space for carry on bags and I had to get it checked... well I counted at least 8 spaces that weren't used and I was one of the few left that actually had one. There was definitely enough space and either the crew can't count or just genuinely are so lazy they don't want to do their jobs correctly and make sure that there ACTUALLY is no space.
Boarding can be more efficiently done by having the back row passengers board first. This way, the other people do the have to wait for front row passengers to load their luggage in the overhead cabins. Food is simply pathetic for the price I paid. Cleanliness is simply poor; my seat was full of crumps.
The flight was very smooth, crew were fantastic but food was lacking.
The best thing about AA is that the onboard entertainment allows me to watch on my iPad. This was not working. USB ports were not working and the flight attendant said they often don’t work. The flight attendants, one in particular, were uncaring. I was very disappointed.

Deparature was late, which is annoying but the arrival was fine and the baggage came early.
No explanation of why there was no snack and drink service (unless requested) when there was service in the other direction.
