The seats were crammed and the guy in front of me wouldn't stop reclining. If AA is cramming extra rows in, they need to take away the reclining in coach. My knees were smashed for 4 1/2 hours and I was very close to confronting the passenger in front of me.

What, first class and not even a cup of coffee before landing at 5 am in First Class? Really?

I paid for what I got which was cheap, I brought my own entertainment. I knew what to expect, so I could be prepared. If you’re flying economy, check in early like me. I have no problems with my flight, was on time, staff were friendly, and overall good experience.

Customer service in first class does not exist on American Airlines

Flight was delayed due to a steering issue with plane. The delay caused me to miss the connecting flight. The delay caused me to spend an extra 21 hours in airports and flights to get to my destination. The plane issue obviously should have been found and fixed before we even boarded. Ridiculous.

Had to go get beer myself from attendants in the back of the aircraft

My flight back my reservations were list because they said I didn't pay my pet fee when I had a receipt

It was exactly what I expected, actually arriving sooner than scheduled.

The flight was uneventful. What was a problem was I was delayed getting home one entire day because the flight from Sacramento was delayed. That made getting to my connecting flight impossible. I had to stay another night at the hotel and incur that expense as a result.

Delay 14 hours! Missed all connections and had to fly different airline the next day.
