Everything on the flight was OK. However, the price is very deceiving the way that it is marketed. It seems like it’s going to be very low cost, but when you add in the charges for luggage, choosing a seat, food & drink, etc., that are already included in other competitors fares, it really is no cheaper, and possibly even more expensive than the other carriers. It actually makes your carrier seem dishonest.

If kayak actually provided me this flight and didn’t just send me notifications about it

Kayak never booked my flight, I have received notifications the entire time the fights were to be used I went to the airport to find out despite receiving these emails to board my flight was never booked only to have to return home and miss the event I was scheduled for, inconvenient and devastating to say the least, customer service was very poor to only explain that my card had not been charged so that I shouldn’t worry. Yea great for you to say being that your not inconvenienced.

The reservation was cancelled after a day and a half due to family reasons. There was no flight from Newark to Orlando 03.01.2025. Very bad customer service. Never use again.

Overall good experience for the price. Thank you for making travel affordable.

Was pleasantly surprised at how large the plane was. Crew very friendly.

Most uncomfortable seating I have ever experienced. And they do not provide any beverage unless purchased. Water was 4.59 a bottle. Same for a soda. A cup of water should be free. I will never fly Spirit again.

This flight went flawlessly. I don’t like thei no adjustment seats and them charging for water… but they’re a discount airline so I guess it’s to be expected

Worst Airplane ride I ever have taken... My purchased seat was changed without my consent

Spirit airlines was extremely uncomfortable. The seats were hard.. the constant up selling (from lack of food or even water to $15 for wi fi ) was annoying. Not a recommended airlines
