Absolutely horrible experience. It's an overnight flight for over 5 hours and business class does not have beds!!!!! I had a slightly bigger than economy class seat that was broken and not even reclining correctly. I should get a refund for this flight as they changed the aircraft to a small one and that is not what I paid the business class price for!

My flight was cancelled with no warning! I had to find out right at the airport when I arrived from my previous flight!

The flight and crew members was excellent. The food was nice too. Over all service and time is commendable.

Turkish airlines always is an excellent airline, bottle water, comfort kits were provided. Decent food on board, friendly staffs.

Awful seats, poor air circulation. Smelled like poop for 3-5 mins after someone used the bathroom. Child screaming for 13 hours

6 hour delay for connecting flight in Istanbul, no real information or support, spend night in lounge which was extremely noisy due to construction works.

Was not good experience going to Houston from Istanbul, had to wait about an hour and a half to just takeoff. Disappointed in that part.

Boarding on time. Limited food and drinks options . Few Crew was rude and unconcerned. Entertainment system is old and barely any new contents.

Overall it was a pretty good experience until I arrived in Accra and my suitcase was left in turkey.

Awful. They cancelled my seats and demanded $1360 to rebook me
