Wish movie and music choices changed more often. Mostly same from a month or two ago when I last flew.
Overall great. I was forced to check my carry-on backpack from EWR to BOS but it came out on the luggage carousel so fast I didn't even get delayed for my pickup.
Boarding was easy. RDU gates can get crowded, be prepared to be patient. Flight was smooth, with excellent service. Pilots really provided a lot of visibility into flight details. Plane and seats were clean and serviceable. TY!
It was good. Just that the seats could not be reclined. The people behind were not ready to let the chairs be reclined
My flight was delayed. They boarded us, then no sooner were we on the plane, they made us get off again and wait another 45 minutes before doing it all over again.
The negative was the wait at the airport coming back. I checked my bags in, an hour before boarding and I get the notification that my flight was delayed. Rather had gotten the notification while I was at the hotel. Then it was delayed 3 x’s. Ugh!
boarding was uneventful. Snack was pathetic. A tiny fruit bar. Entertainment was limited to just select movies on your own tablet or phone. No live TV. I recently flew Jetblue and they had unlimited snacks and live satellite TV the entire flight. My seat was an exit seat, 20A. It was super uncomfortable. It felt cramped and the middle seat was taken up by a large woman who pushed into my shoulder and arm. Horrible flight.
Never nice, United Express partners always do an amazing job.
There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.
The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.
It was good overall but the prices of snacks are ridiculous.
Flight was delayed multiple times and I chose to switch to another flight that had a layover. I finally arrived 7 hours later than I was supposed to.
Flight overall was good. Landing was a little rough, but could be attributed to the rainy weather.

The flight from CLE to JFK was fantasti! Pilots and cre were informative and accommodating.
The flight was very smooth, crew were fantastic but food was lacking.
The best thing about AA is that the onboard entertainment allows me to watch on my iPad. This was not working. USB ports were not working and the flight attendant said they often don’t work. The flight attendants, one in particular, were uncaring. I was very disappointed.

Deparature was late, which is annoying but the arrival was fine and the baggage came early.
No explanation of why there was no snack and drink service (unless requested) when there was service in the other direction.
