Awful . Extra charge on my bags even after it was confirmed it wasn’t overweight.
When we checked in our luggage, we had to use the tray, but include this tray is extra weight. I think you should not use the tray.
Flight kept getting delayed. Multiple children forced to stay awake for a flight that took longer than expected.

Boarding, crew, and duration were great. The lack of built-in entertainment is a turn-off, especially in this day and age. I’m also tall, so comfort is always an issue. More legroom without extra cost for taller passengers would be great.
My flight was delayed. But it was during holidays so you kind of expect things like that to happen. I am not a frequently flyer so I am OK with that. But none the less, once the flight started, it seemed to me like it went fast. 😊
From my interactions with the Oakland airport staff through TSA through the gate agents to the flight crew on Hawaiian they were just so kind professional and helpful.. the only thing I would add would be the they need more help and TSA and on the Hawaiian airlines flight it would be so much nicer for them to play beautiful Hawaiian music on the way over there.. they didn't start playing it until right before we landed..
The app is very bugy, did not work well. Other than that it was ok.
The flight was delayed an hour and it was not disclosed to the passengers until it was time to board. There was no in-flight WiFI available and such poor communication overall. Unfortunate that I was going to miss my connecting flight with poor communication on alternatives.

Plane left & arrived early- 5 Crew great. Wi fi - paid for 2, only 1 worked - so so. Waste of $. Coolie was good
There was no USB plug in my section of the plane. So I could not charge my phone. Also, there was no screen to watch movie or anything like that. Wish I had known that in advance, I would’ve brought my iPad.
Made all groups except 2 check despite ample bin space. Inflight WiFi and entertainment didn’t work most of the time.
Not enough room between rows and food was gross. $160 baggage charge?! Never again.

Seats are outdated. Entertainment relies on personal device. Boarding was delayed due to inaccurate passenger tracking, resulted in late arrival at Reno.
