Alaska is always a great airline, friendly, clean and usually on time.
unfortunately had mechanical issues and had to switch planes. the obnoxious drunk guy in the furthest back seat could have been quieter and not dropped so many f bombs.
Flight was delayed but it worked out fine. A woman was yelling and singing loudly throughout the flight. Unpleasant for everyone around
Easy boarding, good staff, comfortable seats, easy ride. Also, friendly passengers!
My main complaint is specifically with having booked through kayak. Our flight was delayed and I was no longer able to access my boarding pass through the kayak app. Fortunately I had screen capped it. If I had not it would have been critical problem while boarding.

Was the first time flying Alaska Airlines in several years. The airplane had very obviously diminished seat spacing and the flight was full. Crew was lovely, check in was easy.
It was quite chilly on board my flight from SEA to CST. Better than being hot and stuffy, I guess.
The agent was able to get me to LA when i need it. However i need to ask why she charge me 25000 miles for one way to LA. I think she made a mistake. Spirit Airlines only you need 2500miles.
Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.
The seats are uncomfortable, feels like a small seat pad on plywood.
My husband is very tall and we generally fly Delta Comfort. We used our companion benefit, and our seats were coach and extremely uncomfortable........ horrid even
My seat had no padding, it was literally plywood with a plastic cover. I could not change seats on my 10 hour flight. My excitement for this trip helped me deal with the pain.
I notice that every time I fly delta or any American carrier, the staff seem tired, overworked, and not at the service level I’m accustomed to in Asia. They frequently crash into my arm when coming down the aisle. Food is shoved at my face with no greeting or verbal cue. The food portions seemed much smaller than usual and didn’t see much wine or beverage options. This is comfort plus? The plane was old and tired. The bathroom was dripping with mineral stains after a long lack of cleaning. The power socket did not work, although the USB output did. I really wonder why I’m flying Delta, I think it’s time to switch to ANA.
The flight was great. The crew were a little terse about the size of my bag. It fit fine.
Screen didn’t play movies, do I was pretty boated the entire flight.
It was very cold because the air conditioner was on high power, and my son got sick.
Delta crushed it. Flight attendant in first was attentive and just never stopped. Honestly one of the best domestic flights I’ve been on.
