Liked the hospitality . The ight took us 6 hrs to get from fort myers to ewr.
Wish movie and music choices changed more often. Mostly same from a month or two ago when I last flew.
Overall great. I was forced to check my carry-on backpack from EWR to BOS but it came out on the luggage carousel so fast I didn't even get delayed for my pickup.
Boarding was easy. RDU gates can get crowded, be prepared to be patient. Flight was smooth, with excellent service. Pilots really provided a lot of visibility into flight details. Plane and seats were clean and serviceable. TY!
It was good. Just that the seats could not be reclined. The people behind were not ready to let the chairs be reclined
My flight was delayed. They boarded us, then no sooner were we on the plane, they made us get off again and wait another 45 minutes before doing it all over again.
The negative was the wait at the airport coming back. I checked my bags in, an hour before boarding and I get the notification that my flight was delayed. Rather had gotten the notification while I was at the hotel. Then it was delayed 3 x’s. Ugh!
boarding was uneventful. Snack was pathetic. A tiny fruit bar. Entertainment was limited to just select movies on your own tablet or phone. No live TV. I recently flew Jetblue and they had unlimited snacks and live satellite TV the entire flight. My seat was an exit seat, 20A. It was super uncomfortable. It felt cramped and the middle seat was taken up by a large woman who pushed into my shoulder and arm. Horrible flight.
Never nice, United Express partners always do an amazing job.
A three (3) hour flight should have meal service in First Class, not just potato chips!
With this price, I shouldn't complain on anything. I understand I have to pay for every services they provide. The plane could smell a little better. Advise them to use frebeeze to freshen up the interior a little bit.
Stop nickel and diming passengers with different seat costs, paying for water, carry on luggage, etc.
From gate to flight crew... All Spirit employees were great! Everyone was kind and helpful. Ride was almost smooth... A few bumps... But no problems. Seats were tight and uncomfortable. Our biggest issue was no free drinks. I can understand paying for adult beverages and can understand no snacks on a 3 hour flight... But no drinks???? I had to pay $4 for an apple juice for my son. That's not right. You should probably reconsider that.
Better service, stop treating people like cattle, have REAL FOOD for the price of the ticket. YOU ARE IN BANKRUPTCY, WAKE UP!!! ... DO BETTER, PLAN BETTER, GIVE COMFORT AND CARE TO PASSENGERS ... EARN RESPECT AND ADMIRATION, YOU'LL BE REWARDED BY THE PUBLIC.
It was good. All snacks/ drinks must be paid during flight. Bring cash with you.
Terrible. 1st and last flight on Spirit. Check in process was a nightmare. Despite arriving 1.6 hours before flight we had to be pulled from the ridiculously long line to “self check” our bags which took 10 min and required assistance. Seats are very uncomfortable , don’t move, no pockets, no entertainment, no wifi Basically like taking a time capsule back to the 70s. No thank you.
It wasn't crowded, leg room was better for me (6'2"), less coughing on board, steady flight. Return flight is already delayed by 1.5hrs and that's not good.
Terrible, they lost my bad and it took three days to get it. First they couldn’t find it at all - Once they found it, the agents wouldn’t put it on the next flight, they kept forgetting. I went to the airport for a few Miami to Newark flights and finally found it. No one ever called to advise that it had arrived. Despite several calls, the bag made it without a tag, so I still had to go to lost and found at Newark. Our Christmas gifts were inside. Never flying with them again.
Horrible I was traveling with two assisted kids will never travel with spirit again
Fast check-in. Went through security quickly enough. Got their early. And the crew took care of my seating at the gate. The cost for 1 checked bag is ridiculous! $79!? Cmon!! The seating on the plane was very cramped, like sardines. I did not want to pay extra just to pick a seat. Might have to next time.
