Excellent! Only question is how we check in at exactly 24 hours in advance and end up at the end of the B boarding group

It went well. Plane wasn't full. Will be great when assigned seating is in place

Excellent experience. WiFi worked on this leg of My trip

Flight was great, but golf bag never made it until later in the day. Even though I had a nonstop flight it was placed on a different one. They made it right with flight credits and I was able to get it the same day.

Delayed 4 hours due to mechanical issues. No mention of compensation for being over 3 hours late

At time of arrival to the airport, there were plenty of kiosks open/running for checking and baggage tags. While waiting to drop my bag, a team member was checking everyone's IDs against their baggage tag to verify a match/compliance to save additional time when dropping it at the front of the line. This was actually a really big time saver and greatly appreciated! Once boarding was starting, the team member had a clear and audible voice with their announcements, with direct (yet friendly) instructions for the boarding process. Once actually boarding, the flight crew gave genuine greetings while walking on board and were very nice and attentive during the flight. The take-off and landing were one of the smoothest I've had in MANY of years. Kudos to the pilots! I literally cannot remember the last time a had such a smooth landing :D

Pretty standard flight. We left late, but arrived early. The wifi entertainment is always nice. The free snacks and beverages are simple, but appreciated. I'm tall and the seats are an issue. I can deal with a short flight, but any longer, I have to find another airline where I know beforehand I have extra legroom.

The flight attendant was proactive in helping with placing carry on in overhead bins. This was the first time I had ever been offered help without asking or obviously struggling. Many on the flight were older people like myself and vertically challenged. I would hope this would be the norm on all flights.

I had a front row middle. I am not a big person and I barely fit in between that seat! No place to put my arms, even though the guys on each side were not taking over the arm rests. It felt like a frontier flight (if that tells you everything )

The flight was promptly on schedule and Southwest delivered everything they promised. No excuses for any shortfalls just 100% ownership of their responsibilities and business. The boarding and seating policy is a complete shambles. What started out as a great idea when Southwest first hit the market has been turned into a disaster due to the lack of integrity in many of the people who fly Southwest and take advantage of Southwest generosity at the expense of their fellow passengers.

Delta is a premier airline so my expectations are most always met.

Seats are much much more comfortable than United, which is what I usually fly

Zero updates from the pilots for 30 minutes in the tarmac

Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons

I loved having a most black flight crew during Black History Month; rather by design or accident I appreciated the representation. ❤️

This was the second flight this week with flight attendant Marcus I’m not sure if his last name is Lane or Lang but this guy is awesome. He funny, attentive and his service is 5 stars. Marcus makes business travel more enjoyable !

Although the flight left late, we arrived early. It was one of the quickest boarding and off boarding experiences I’ve had. It was kind of annoying the only drinks they had were water, coffee, and tea. The flight was very smooth, temperature was just right, and flight attendants were friendly.

Lower number on this flight so spaced out passengers. Able to enjoy more room to relax during flight. It was lovely.

Kind staff. Snacks are small but that’s the new normal.

Other then mechanical/ computer problem and 3.5 hours flight delay the flight was great. I guess that what happened when you fly an old airplane now a day.

Bigger seats. Board back to front! Disembark front to back!

Plane was pretty clean, staff was friendly and helpful, flight left about on time arrived early. Took a long time to board and get off the plane - carry on items didn't have enough room so people had to move all around to find places.

Service in first class no longer exists on American Airlines .

My seat was very worn. Otherwise I had an excellent flight

Boarding can be more efficiently done by having the back row passengers board first. This way, the other people do the have to wait for front row passengers to load their luggage in the overhead cabins. Food is simply pathetic for the price I paid. Cleanliness is simply poor; my seat was full of crumps.

Always a great flight on AA. PHX to DFW and vise versa is always going to be a pretty full flight but the crew handles it phenomenally.

also wi-fi never worked attendant said satellite coverage is spotty over water ..... but we were over land!

16 Hours delayed, NOT because of the cybersecurity Microsoft issue, but because we were one flight attendant short, then when the missing flight attendant showed up two hours later, the flying shift of our pilot had expired, so, now no pilot. American Airlines is the new Spirit Airlines, actually, that is not fair for Spirit, they are probably better.

Worst flight in terms of service and food. Attendants were inexperienced, no preflight drinks, did come and give us hot towels until well into the flight. The left the Curtin open between main cabin and everyone from the main cabin went to the fist class bathroom. Food was awful! Had the golden chicken and was too lemony and inedible. No offer of coffee after. Awful!

My morning PHX to NY flight was canceled. Not a cloud in the sky. No wind. No weather across the country. My guess is they canceled the flight because they didn’t have enough people or a mechanical issue. Either way really bad. I checked it at midnight and the 830a flight was on time so I was very surprised when I woke up to see the flight canceled and I’ve been rebooked on a flight… An hour earlier than my originally scheduled one. Of course I missed this earlier flight because AA texted at 4 AM when I was sleeping. I was re routed to Miami, boarded a plane, sat in the heat for 40 minutes, then boarded because of mechanical issues and had to wait another hour before finally getting to New York Ironically, the 430 Phoenix to New York flight landed at the same time I did… I could’ve been sitting at the pool all day vs jumping through hoops. never ever will I again fly American Airlines. No offer of a free drink, maybe a few points on my advantage account nothing… As if nothing happened and they did not inconvenienced me at all. I’m so sick of the dumb crackers that they give us on these flights. It’s really like a budget Airlines these days. A far fall for s once mighty company.

Our experience was not a good one. Our flight got cancelled and was not given any accommodations due to the inconvenience. We lost time on our vacation due to this inconvenience

The senior flight attendant was engaging, funny and made everyone feel at ease. She is an asset to your team.

They changed our departure time 6 times before I even reached the airport. Delayed, Ontime, Delayed Back on time, Then Delayed. We finally boarded the plane and then we had to sit on the runway for over an hour only to be told they were taking us back to the gate for an additional 2 hour delay. Lack of communication and a complete waste of time! Never again!

More groups for smother boarding, I didnt have any food. and there was no entertainment

we are al people and we go through stuff so my scale is only how i felt, I understand we are all humans, i would definitely ride with soirit again, people in orlando are very helpful which makes it all the better .

My flight was arbitrarily changed from 6:00 AM to 5:10 AM ... One less hour of sleep after Christmas Eve, NOT very thoughtful, Oh, and I could not get a refund!!! I paid extra for a front seat and WIFI, there's was NO WIFI (flight 993 Dec 25). Why do you call what you offer FOOD? Would you feed your kids this stuff when you are trapped inside a steel tube for Hours??? Will I get a refund?

Lost MacBook, had time to retrieve, but was told I had no time. Need Silver MacBook back

Helpful attendants at check-in is very good. The $70 charge for a checked bags I didn't care for.and the constant charges for picking a seat and faster check-in are too much. Please cut the prices by at least 50% would be fantastic!

The MOST uncomfortable seat I've EVER experienced on ANY airlines. My wife & I were in agony at the end of the flight. NEVER AGAIN!

I liked the low price. I did not like the cramped passenger seats. As a below average size person I was cramped in the seat; I can only imagine how uncomfortable an average or large size person would be. I guess that is part of the deal with low cost airlines.

Early arrival. Great landing. Pilot updates. Too cold in plane.

they delayed my flight which ended up, causing my layover flight to leave without me, resulting in me missing a flight and having to stay overnight in Houston international. I got no compensation other than a flight to my original location only a day later. i’ve never experienced such a unprofessional situation

My experience with the phoenix airport was terrible, the personnel lay the ticket counter charged me for a carry on that fit in the carry on size box, and the two women I spoke with were terribly rude and not willing to help.,,, there was one lady “candy” on the flight crew that was amazing and is the only reason I stayed on the flight at all, because the other stewards helping people to get seated on the plane were terrible

Our flight was suppose to leave at 9pm and we didn’t board until after 3am. We lost a whole day at our hotel and half a day at a park we paid a lot of money for.

Boarding was organized and flight was on time. Overall very satisfied with my flight.

I ended up paying $70+ dollars to for a carryon because the website is confusing and misleading. I now realize I did not need to pay that. I request a refund. I will pay extra to other airlines and not fly Frontier again.

The boarding gate was in Terminal D, but the Frontier counter was in Terminal E. So I had to move back and forth between terminals to check in my luggage. This was the worst experience that I had in terms of flights.

The crew was ghetto lol I felt like I was on an inner city field trip

Stuck in Phoenix for two days, not even a hotel voucher offered.

Airline changed the gate from Terminal A to Terminal D which is quite far and only sent a text message few minutes before boarding. Around 50 people missed their flight and as plane didn’t wait for them.
