Great flight staff. Ease of boarding. Overall, very uneventful and easy trip.

Plane late from DC to Austin 30 minutes. Crew made up much of the time enroute to San Diego.

Gate agents were informative and friendly… flight attendants were as well. Had a fun time chatting about their legacy AirTran experiences as a former fan of the airline that Southwest acquired.

Flight was awfully bumpy and landing was a bit jolting. I was in the restroom when snacks and drinks were served and was not asked if i wanted any. I had to ask for water finally.

Wi Fi was horrible kept cutting out the whole time and too expensive

I really like open seating. I hate that I've heard this is going away. This is one of the unique things that makes Southwest my goto choice.

Boarding was a little late, but made up for it. It was quick to taxi to the runway, since it's a smallish airport.

Excellent! Only question is how we check in at exactly 24 hours in advance and end up at the end of the B boarding group

Multiple delays and gate changes. Arrived at final destination 6 hours late. All rental cars had been taken.

Employees were kind and funny, as always! Flight was late but no announcements were made for people with tight connections to help them transition quickly. No service due to turbulence.

Seats are much much more comfortable than United, which is what I usually fly

Zero updates from the pilots for 30 minutes in the tarmac

Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons

I loved having a most black flight crew during Black History Month; rather by design or accident I appreciated the representation. ❤️

This was the second flight this week with flight attendant Marcus I’m not sure if his last name is Lane or Lang but this guy is awesome. He funny, attentive and his service is 5 stars. Marcus makes business travel more enjoyable !

Although the flight left late, we arrived early. It was one of the quickest boarding and off boarding experiences I’ve had. It was kind of annoying the only drinks they had were water, coffee, and tea. The flight was very smooth, temperature was just right, and flight attendants were friendly.

Lower number on this flight so spaced out passengers. Able to enjoy more room to relax during flight. It was lovely.

Kind staff. Snacks are small but that’s the new normal.

The young man who was our flight attendant in first class was lazy and did not do his job well at all. Never offered drinks upon boarding - actually I take that back... said "are you okay with water" as if I do not want to get you anything else, only passed the snacks around once, got my drink order wrong and then never offered a second round of drinks. He was the worst I have ever seen on Delta and we fly a lot.

Great service. Great staff. Boarding was a little slow, but I think there was a service dog slowing things down.

late again! but its my only option to not take 9 hours to get to Memphis

Almost everything was outstanding. First, we boarded on time and the flight crew did a great job getting everyone seated. Then the pilots took their time and care to make sure the plane was full de-iced three times as there was a bad ice storm a few hours earlier. The plane ride was smooth and comfortable and even the economy seats had decent room and comfort. Flight Attendant Lisa went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable - she is outstanding. The only thing wrong with the flight, and it is something which needs to be addressed, is that the gate to gate time was over 6.5 hours and not one meal was served. The only thing offered to eat were two small cookies for a transcontinental flight - unacceptable. Charge me more but give me a meal for a long flight. Thankfully Lisa found something for me.

Cancelled and rebooked twice in one day with a drop in seat class. Not good at all.

Very poor. Our special services attendant gave us incorrect information. I also was mishandled at landing. There was no wheelchair waiting. I fell deboarding the plane. Appalling!

First, to be fair, the flight was on time and the trip through the air was relatively smooth. But the flight was full, and they were checking carryons. As this process went on, the crew got increasingly rude and overbearing. During the drink service, a young girl (maybe 9) who had gotten up to use the lavatory got stuck behind the cart. At some point, she started feeling fearful and overwhelmed. Passengers noticed this and asked the crew to let her return to her seat. They refused. Then she started crying, and they still refused to move the cart forward to let her sit. The poor girl was trying to be brave and compose herself. The crew handled the situation terribly and with zero grace or decency. That episode, to me, encapsulates AA’s attitude toward its passengers. Disgraceful. The plane itself was cramped and miserable, as usual. There was zero inflight media or entertainment, other than the lane and borderline inappropriate jokes the steward made during the safety briefing. Then, of course, it took the better part of an hour for the checked bags to show up at the carousel. AA is no better than the el cheapo airlines these days and a far, far cry from its former self.

I had a very unpleasant encounter with one man from customer service: he was extremely rude and miserable. And his condition was reflected on his decision to send me to the worst airport hotel and get an awful flight connection. My hotel shuttle had never arrived and I had to book another hotel. People served by other representatives got a much better treatment and deal.

The flight left a bit late, but arrived close to time expected…With the flight being close to full the crew did well serving drinks to all in a very timely fashion. The flight was a pleasure…

They didn't have any gluten-free snacks, oddly, which I require...or any flavored soda water or decaf tea options, which seems to be standard.

It was okay. I opted to pay for an upgrade to an exit row, but this might’ve been the worst exit row experience I’ve ever had. - The fold out table was janky and didn’t fold out properly. - The seats felt squished together as I was the aisle seat in the group of three, but the guy in the middle felt like he was constantly leaning on me. - Everyone who walked by brushed up against me, or knocked my entertainment screen, to include the food and drink carts. Didn’t get one apology or excuse me. - The community flight tracker screen was right in front of me and was sooooooo bright I could barely catch any sleep on my 13hr flight from Seoul to DFW. Not the best experience at all…

My flight back my reservations were list because they said I didn't pay my pet fee when I had a receipt

Pl meed tp make proper accom for all pets and owners by placing them on a section to accommodate human animal allergies and give up a few seats YWS ACCOMMODATIONS SHOULD BE MADEBY THE AIRLINES and not pushed off to another paying customer that has to sit in fear or by being touched by someone elses animal.

hassled about bringing my laptop on in addition to my backpack...people boarding with real luggage were not stopped but I was which was ridiculous....zero comfort on board and everything is extra. Last time flying spirit not worth it

A passenger got into a verbal altercation with the flight attendant, who neither de-escalated nor acted professionally. Because of this, we had to go back to the gate for the person to be kicked off the flight. It delayed us 75 minutes.

Our experience was not a good one. Our flight got cancelled and was not given any accommodations due to the inconvenience. We lost time on our vacation due to this inconvenience

Helpful flight attendant. Awful legroom. Airline should be required by law to offer people a glass of water.

They are very particular about size of the bag. Mine is small bag and has wheels. Bag wheel edges are bit outside of the measurements bucket. They charged $99 as carryon bagage

Boarding was not clear; no announcement about delay. My sister and kid were seated separately for me and even though there were tons of seats up front, they wouldn't let us switch.

WiFi could have been a little more consistent - otherwise a phenomenal and positive experience. The 1000 mile giveaway was awesome!!!

Flight was on time It was a good flight overall

The plane flew smoothly and the crew was polite and kind. We loved our flight!

Better to put road truck seat in plain it so uncomfortable can not adjustable and fill metal don’t have cushions at all it’s very hard to travel for five hours

Since they are a budget airline, I wasn’t expecting too much but they did some things well. They were on time, the plane was clean, boarding was fairly straightforward and the staff was cheerful and friendly. The only downside was comfort. The seats were fairly hard and after a 2 hour flight your rear end is not feeling so great. Maybe a little more cushion in the seats, Frontier!

They cancelled the flight and did nothing. I should be compensated for my uber rides to and from airport. Not a good service by frontier or kayak.

No frills for sure. No gate announcements about flight delay, not even water to drink on the flight.

food not having to pay for it, reclining seat would be nice, more leg room, HEAT!!!!!!!

An absolutely fraudulent experience. Extremely unprofessional. Terrible in all ways possible. Rude staff, flight attendants, and deceptive "policies."

The worst service , the agents from the counter are really bad . Poor customer service . They didnt help me to get in the flight . I was on line when they close the flight without telling and I couldn’t board the plane . I will like to get my money back ey back because it was their fault. Really bad management , bad manners, bad additud

The check in process was a mess for no reason. I spent an hour waiting in line trying to get them to print my boarding pass and as a result I missed my flight.

The airline used deceptive tactics to charge us more for our trip. Search Frontier Class Action Lawsuit to find out more or read the hundreds of reviews that have nearly identical stories.. don't fly this airline.. you've been warned.

Check in at Philadelphia international was absolutely terrible! I fly 2 to 3 times a month and avoid frontier at all cost and will never fly Frontier again! The night before travel, I tried checking in however, the app was giving me an error, so I went to the desktop, which instructed you that you need to use the app. The next day I presented at the check-in gate after trying at least a half dozen times prior to getting into the airport and continuing to getting the error in the app. I actually had rebooted my phone numerous times and reinstall the app just in case. My phone is only one generation older than the current model. It has no problems completing a frontier flight purchase or any other app issues. There was only three frontier employees working at check-in and a huge line while I was in line I continued to try and check in via the app. As I approach the desk, I was dreading dealing with the agent. He was extremely unprofessional, anti-semantic & very ignorant, and mean to the people in front of me, as well as the people who ended up being behind me. He literally told people “Man I don’t care bout y’all” in his native dialect! Maintaining my composure I approached and explained the situation. To which he replied, you’re gonna have to pay then! I don’t understand. It’s an issue with their app not allowing me to check in! Not my issue! He told me if I pay cash it would be $15, $25 if I pay credit card. I don’t understand a $10 difference for paying with a credit card? I am completely cashless so I continued to try using the app to avoid the $25 fee, Which I still don’t believe that I should be responsible for since it was Frontier’s technical issue!!! I continued to check in via the app a couple more times after he verified I was doing everything right he proceeded to continue to belittle the people behind me. Yelling at them saying I don’t care about you people! I cannot believe that this is the way that businesses would treat its customers! Unfortunately, the black mail with dreadlocks did not have a name tag all he had was a frontier sweater on! For the $25 fee that I ended up getting charged on my credit card. I should’ve just booked originally with Spirit or any other carrier! I have no problem paying fees that I should be responsible for, but when it’s due to a technical failure of a company, the customer should not be responsible for it! I cannot believe that it’s not frontier going out of business!
