Flight cancelled. Bad service at customer service line. Missed dr appointment

Probably the worst 1st Class I have ever experienced. Sam, our flight attendant, was excellent. Other than that, everything from the Alaska Longe experience to the buggy app to the uncomfortable flight and uncommunicative agents were poor. The agent who booked us in forgot to mark TSA PreCheck on our boarding passes and we had to go back to get this done. They were a cut below every other airline we have experienced in just about every area.

my first time with Alaska Airlines, an exceptional airline with great employees.

It was raining and cold and we had to walk outside to board the plane. And to have yo stand outside to wait in line to board. It seems they could find another way to send a few people at a time so passengers are not outside in the elements. Then to not have my luggage show up at my finally destination. Not happy with the whole experience.

The plane was late arriving at the airport which in turn we left late. I had to literally run to my next gate to catch my connecting flight and my luggage did not show up at my final destination.

Seattle flight to Walla Walla has a confusing doorway system . Small signs once you leave gate area to tarmac. Almost went the wrong way to my plane.

Great crew, great boarding, old B-list movies, no free meal service, child kicking my seat back all flight long, early arrival, then 40 minute, confused wait for bags.

Generally good, seat is tight and cramped. I seated by A row, but my seat don't have a window.

The plane was late arriving. The Alaska people did a great job of turning it around quickly and getting us off. We took off about 35 minutes after it reached the gate.
