The crew was very kind and always smiling. The seats were great and I was very comfortable during the flight. The only thing I didn't like was that the lavatories got really dirty at some point during the flight. Other than that my experience was great

Great list of movies, seat was generally comfortable, but not much shoulder room. The fresh baked cookie mostly made up for the lack of variety with the meals, which were all tomato based.

Newer plane, relatively easy boarding, not a full flight and was told that we could not be moved up because of weight and balance issues. Otherwise, a very good experience.

Airline changed our itinerary several times (3). The second time, we were not aware of it, we landed at 7:24 pm and the flight depart time was 7:40 pm. We were not aware of this change and the flight departed without us, that made us being placed on an even later flight which was also delayed.
Flight never happened because of previous flight delay. Sent back to the stays on a flight 10 hrs later without making to my final destination and still waiting full rugindo for it. So yeah not a good experience
It was fine. no food or entertainment , but was only a 40 minute flight.
Paper boarding passes needed, so you need to add the time at the kiosk or desk to get them at the airport
