Flight areas delayed 3 hours , train in the airport didn’t work
The flight was on time and everything went very smoothly.
I think I paid for an extra legroom seat and to be honest, there was not a lot of space available for my not very long legs. The flight was totally full and the staff did everything possible to meet the needs of all passengers. My only concern was for the size and spacing of my seat.
Typically, I am always impressed with American personnel. These you run into the rude old hags that are still around. I can tell over my 40 years of flying with them, they have made strides in improving their attitudes.
The seat could not recline. This was not indicated as such when I paid for the seat. So itvwad not the most comfortable ride. At boarding, the staff could have more pleasant even though it may be an intense time.

We were offered Flight Change due to overbooking. We accepted and chose an earlier flight. We went to Rebooking center to make the change but agent told us no changes permitted on our Basic ticket. AA should not have made the offer to change our flight.
Airlines must do something with overweight people... Maybe reserve a business class seat for them, or you could pay the consequences if someone overweight seat side by side to you in economy.
Finding the gate was very confusing. Our boarding pass listed one gate and the staff verbally told us a different gate.
This leg they tried and did well with what they had to work from.
I’ve now flown Spirit a few times and while the general perception of Spirit I feel is poor, I’ve had a great experience each time. They do charge extra for everything but you should know that going in
The people were wonderful, but I hated the way they over charged for luggage, especially for stops which were charged the same as starting point to final destination.
Horrible I paid for extra for better seats. At time of checking my seats were sold to someone else. I need a refund and more for my bad experience
Very mean staff. No entertainment.. No WiFi, a baby cried for over 3 hours no staff offer to assist. My son $500 computer screen got damaged under the plane due to force check in of my bag. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Nothing I liked. Seats uncomfortable child behind kicking my seat entire flight. Delayed. Couldn't get free glass of water
I did not fly Spirit. Connie used my email while booking her flight. I do not know Connie. It's fraud!!!
Horrible. Take off was delayed by an hour. They were letting people board d the plane right before takeoff. I was delayed an hour when I arrived and late for my meeting. Spirit is NEVER on time.
My other half doesn't have his luggage and I made a mistake by getting 3 check in bags instead of 2 and I'm going through changes to get credit for the one I didn't use. There giving me the run around!
The boarding was quick and orderly, but the seating is tight and not in a good way.
Absolutely the MOST uncomfortable seat I've EVER had on ANY airline. It should be a criminal act (cruel & unusual punishment). NEVER AGAIN will I travel your airline.
