When we checked in our luggage, we had to use the tray, but include this tray is extra weight. I think you should not use the tray.
It would be great if the snack were appropriate for everyone
Not airlines fault, but passenger rummaging in overhead bin dropped a small pouch on my head, woke me up. Also person next to me was very large and leg extended 6" or more into my space.

The pilots were excellent at getting us in just before the bad thunderstorm hit! The low marks on food and entertainment are because there was none, but on a red eye no one wanted either - we tried to sleep,
It went very quickly even though we were late in leaving Fresno.
Like I said before the internet was shut off so there was little to do on this leg of the flight.
Paid for first class received 3rd class treatment. No WI Fi, no in flight entertainment, noin flight beverage service. Had to go OUTSIDE in rain to board aircraft using a stairway
We had a little trouble with boarding as the gate was changed at last moment and we didn't realize it.
I like in St George and prefer to fly out of CDC than SGU. Hopefully, they will continue the flights out of Cedar

Overall, it was okay. Seat was a little cramped. Would’ve liked more substantial snacks or opportunity to buy some.
Other then mechanical/ computer problem and 3.5 hours flight delay the flight was great. I guess that what happened when you fly an old airplane now a day.
Delta seems to be improving in many areas, except they are super bad with the food available. Bring back normal food service on long flights.
Most of my discomfort was going through TSA. However, the Delta seats had inadequate leg room and I tried my very best to connect to the wi-fi and it was a cumbersome process that finally gave me the info that I needed to sign in AFTER I had completed the flight...Why make it so difficult to use? That said I really really appreciate the pilot taking a little extra time to avoid a bad storm area and both landings in Atlanta and Orlando were flawless to my delight!!!
Bottom seat cushion is almost non existent. Very uncomfortable seat.

It was NOT pleasant. Started from checking our luggage to the last time getting off the plane. The crew was not friendly, the food was horrible and the seats were too close to each other that I got a bruise on my knee.
Late departure due to large number of wheel chair patrons. Used to having a box of snacks to select from in comfort plus. The flight attendant just rattled off what was available and asked us to pick. Felt rushed and uncomfortable. Seat was great. Prefer having the screen on the seat in front of me instead of having to pull it up from the seat side. Lots of room for my carryon under the seat in front of me.
