Even though we checked in, checked bags, and went through security, I was told at the gate that I hadn’t checked in. I was pulled aside and had to verify my identity yet again. Otherwise, the flight was fine.
Didn’t like anything. Alaska boarding process takes too long and is poorly managed. Flight crew unorganized and too lax not very professional. I fly very frequently (weekly) and this as the worst overall trip I have ever taken.
Very nice staff, plane was delayed-they gave some snacks about 30 min after delay due to mechanical issues (which I appreciate them checking the plane)
Due to an aircraft maintenance issue we switched planes but the catering/food didn't make iot on the new plane. On the way home the in-flight entertainment/wifi was not available. Throughout these difficulties the staff and crew were fantastic to deal with!
The flight was canceled so i booked another flight with Delta, so essentially there was absolutely nothing that i enjoyed about my experience with this flight
You guys are always have delays and then leaving us on the tarmac for 15-20 min. FIGURE IT OUT!
Nothing! I just didn't eat or use entertainment. I had three seats all to myself and it was wonderful!!!!
My seat was comfortable. There was no TV on the airplane.
Flight kept getting delayed. Multiple children forced to stay awake for a flight that took longer than expected.
My flight was delayed. But it was during holidays so you kind of expect things like that to happen. I am not a frequently flyer so I am OK with that. But none the less, once the flight started, it seemed to me like it went fast. 😊

Boarding is, as it always is… horrible. Gate lice. Slow moving zones. Too many people with carry ons
Flight left early and arrived early. the whole trip was excellent.
Overall, it was okay. Seat was a little cramped. Would’ve liked more substantial snacks or opportunity to buy some.
Inexpensive, got an exit row aisle aeat with no middle passenger, bought a great breakfast sandwich, flight comfortable & arrived ahead of schedule.
It was terrible, if they ran flights on time it would make a big difference.
Delta seems to be improving in many areas, except they are super bad with the food available. Bring back normal food service on long flights.
Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.
The seats are uncomfortable, feels like a small seat pad on plywood.
My husband is very tall and we generally fly Delta Comfort. We used our companion benefit, and our seats were coach and extremely uncomfortable........ horrid even

Compared with other carriers business class for an overnight was not worth the extra expense.
Easy to board. Flight was super crowded though so I didn't sleep well on that cross country red-eye flight. The aisles seem ot have gotten narrower and the seat smaller whn luggage and people are getting bigger so it would be AWESOME to have more space and breathing room in general ;)
Pilot Erika DeLong made us feel safe and at ease in a frankly scary time to be flying. Her warm smile and greeting and excellent command of the aircraft in foggy bumpy weather helped us all to calm our nerves and get us home safely.
Plenty of room for me and the cat in Premium Economy. Seat was comfortable. Boarding was a breeze. The lady at the special check-in desk was great, super helpful and professional.
The seats on this flight were almost roomy enough to be the basic amount needed for human existence. I think my favorite part of this flight was it landed at an A gate, which was the most palatial part of Sea-Tac I've ever seen - a massive improvement from the S gates.

Wish movie and music choices changed more often. Mostly same from a month or two ago when I last flew.
It was good. Just that the seats could not be reclined. The people behind were not ready to let the chairs be reclined
Plane left & arrived early- 5 Crew great. Wi fi - paid for 2, only 1 worked - so so. Waste of $. Coolie was good
