First time in a long time and look forward to many more
It was a 48 min flt......so no real comments can. E made
Hawaiian Airlines is one of the best. The flight attendant are attentive to your needs courteous and very polite. The entertainment on the flight is also very good with numerous choices and TV movies. I would definitely recommend Hawaiian airlines.
Enjoyed the warm hot pocket and frequent checks for more water during the flight. Wish there were more in-flight entertainment options.
The attendant was rude. The headphone port didn't work well. The entertainment screen didn't work, only half the screen was responding. Seats were very uncomfortable and I could feel the knees of the person behind me in my lower back.
We had to change planes twice and was shown complete. Disregard when showing our natural frustrations with staff… Makes me very reluctant to fly on Hawaiian Airlines ever again.
Hawaiian Airlines the Lounge was too crowded, and there was a long line. In the end, there was no time left, and i had to board the plane.
The partner Jet Blue in DCA connected me to BOS. They charged me $140 for one bag, despite the fact I’m Pualani Platinum, and bought the ticket on one reservation through HAL with my Bank of Hawaii HAL credit card, and the ticket was first class, full revenue ticket. To make matters worse, Jet Blue didn't process my luggage through in BOS, missing the connection and I arrived in HNL with no baggage. When I spoke to to HAL staff, they said nothing they could do with any of this, I was on my own to figure out.
The screen where I sat was not working and charger also poorly. Can’t enjoy entertainments and space of seat was narrow.
The Hawaiian airlines checkin desk was too small for the number of checkins. The seat on the plane was right next to the jet engine and it was very loud. It was probably 90 decibels or more loud. They should offer protective ear muffs for those seats. Seriosly. It was LOUD. The boarding of passengers should begin with those at the back of the aircraft, not the front of the aircraft to avoid having to wade through people who are still putting their stuff in the overhead bins on the way back to the back of the plane.
