No food just water No entertainment possibilities. No jacks to charge phone or anything
The staff are extremely rude maybe even racist, I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. I will never fly with Lufthansa Mor Discovery Airlines again.
We were delayed taking off which caused us to miss the connection to Orlando in Frankfurt. The gate we landed at in Frankfurt was in A terminal and the next flight was c15 which was impossible to get to even running. Very poor planning on Lufthansa’s part.
Loved flying with this airline. Professional, courteous staff who did everything possible to make the long flight comfortable!
SEA to Munich flight was turbulent and you could hear rattling in the plane. The food was TERRIBLE, return flight was better. We will not fly Lufthansa in the future.
Crew was great. Flight was delayed by 2 hours. Seat was not comfortable. Overall experience was mediocre.
Upgraded to business class and it was worth every dollar! The connection in Denver was way too tight time wise and going through customs there plus re-visiting security screen again caused me to miss my connecting flight. KAYAK should not allow that tight of connection on international flights.
Flight was late and I missed my connecting flight to Dublin. This is not the same Lufthansa I remember, you guys don't care anymore. Hopefully my trips with Swiss Air will much better.
Solid old-school airline, comfortable, efficient and pleasant. It's the small things like nice blankets, good legroom and complementary mixed drinks, even in economy class. Can recommend!
I had a good experience With Lufthansa, although on one of our seats, the headrest was broken and kept falling off. The only thing that would make a better experience if the seats in economy were not so small as when one pulls their seat back it leaves you very little room.
