Flight left early and arrived early. the whole trip was excellent.

Newer plane, relatively easy boarding, not a full flight and was told that we could not be moved up because of weight and balance issues. Otherwise, a very good experience.

Everything was great. Great service, excellent communication, and early arrival

I sat in comfort plus. It was fine. Seats were comfortable. I got drinks and snacks.

Good and consistent Printer in lounge did not work for me :(

Great - This was the last flight before hurricane closures and did a quick turnaround to get the plane heading north. Much appreciated.

I liked the screens in the seat headrest with movies to watch. I didn’t like being forced to check my carryon bag and being told there wasn’t room for my bag - when there were 5 bins sitting empty on takeoff. I didn’t like the “I don’t give a fig” attitude of the flight attendants and the delta gate attendants when I asked why they decided to put me out. They gave me a 1800 number to call but I can’t get a live person on the phone. Customer service is non existent. My business must not be that important to them.

It was not in Delta's control, but when we landed, we ended up parking at the wrong gate, and so everyone was already ready to deplane and had their carryon bags, ready to leave. But we had to sit down and move to the proper gate. This process took over 30 minutes. Again, not Delta's fault - more so on the staff at JFK

It’s was good. There’s so much room for improvement though. Since the plane was small, there was no entertainment but for years now, the most jarring aspect of travel is the lack of tasty snacks.

Love delta but the delays and long waits for updates was just too much this time.

I never have a good experience with American and this was no different. The airplane was INCREDIBLY hot. Like unbearably so. Everyone was fanning themselves with pamphlets and sweating. When someone asked the flight attendant to turn down the temperature they were told there was nothing the crew could do. Once we pushed back from the gate we then had to wait an hour to take off and the communication from the crew was not good. People were getting up this whole time and a man was even in the bathroom when we took off. Once we landed at our destination we waited another 30 minutes at the gate to deplane with, again, no communication from the crew as to what was going on.

I had a horrible experience from the time I dropped off my bags until the time I landed. The staff taking the bags at the check-in counter prior to security, forced me to check my baby stroller, even though it weighed less than 20 pounds. their excuse was that the wheels were too big. I have never had an issue gate checking this exact same stroller in the past either on American or on any other airline. when I asked for the agent to show me the rule about the size of the wheels on strollers, they told me to look it up on the AA website. I did so, and did not find any indication that wheel size was a problem for gate checking strollers. The only limitation would be the weight of the stroller which mine was below. I was left with a one-year-old child and all of my carry-on luggage, diaper bag, and the like to walk around the airport without the assistance of a stroller and had the same issue when I exited the plane and had to go all the way to baggage claim without a stroller. In addition, while on the airplane, I was told I can only get one bag of cookies as a snack, even though I was with a child. Apparently my child and I were supposed to share a cookie. While this latter issue is a minor one, it is just another example of the absolutely horrible customer service that American Airlines provides. In addition, the 737 aircraft that I was on was extremely hot and the air vents above the seat were so far away from the aisle and middle seats that it was comical. I could barely reach the air vent to adjust it. I had to ask the person in the window seat to do it for me. The whole experience was just a nightmare.

Ok. Got us there safely and a bit early. Need food available on this long flight. Almost 3 hours.

Flight was delayed by 11 hours. Flight agent finally had to rebook us, but did not rebook fully correctly. We had to pay out of pocket to get to the hotel they booked us and couldn’t check in the next day online because the next day’s agent said they didn’t complete the process the night before.

Had to go get beer myself from attendants in the back of the aircraft

Flight was delayed multiple times and I chose to switch to another flight that had a layover. I finally arrived 7 hours later than I was supposed to.

Flight areas delayed 3 hours , train in the airport didn’t work

The flight was on time and everything went very smoothly.

I think I paid for an extra legroom seat and to be honest, there was not a lot of space available for my not very long legs. The flight was totally full and the staff did everything possible to meet the needs of all passengers. My only concern was for the size and spacing of my seat.

Typically, I am always impressed with American personnel. These you run into the rude old hags that are still around. I can tell over my 40 years of flying with them, they have made strides in improving their attitudes.

Booked with Kayak… Economy Class it said. I had filtered for 1 checked bag. Get to boarding and it says I have Economy Light w/ no checked bags. $136 each way for baggage now. Do not use smartfares.com. Very misleading and a terrible start to this trip.

Our three ski bags did not arrive and are still not delivered, one full day later. With one ski bag not traceable at all. I would not fly Iceland Air again.

Horrible. The flight was delayed by over 3 hours but updates were barely provided. Boarding started 3 hours late then stopped because their system crashed. So now, passengers were standing for 15 minutes in the open waiting to get boarding passes scanned and get on a bus. Duty-free closed around 4-4:30. Only 1 food outlet was open and it was super slow and busy since it was serving passengers from multiple flights. So a number of passengers couldn't buy meals at the terminal. Since the flight was delayed by over 3 hours, we could have been offered snacks on-board. Nothing. The seats barely reclined. In-flight entertainment options were pitiful. Overall, a miserable experience. Never flying on Icelandair ever again. :(

Bad. Flights were late, by hours. No clear information was provided even until the delayed boarding time.

Again, lines for boarding are a problem in iceland. The flight itself was fine and very smooth. No complaints. We would definitely fly icelandair again.

take snacks and food. purchase options in flight are not great

Had a screaming child next to us. Not the airline’s fault but still annoying.

Highly disorganized company, poor customer service. Packed seats on a 737 for a trans-atlantic 9 hour flight. Greedy company policies, no meal or snack provided for 9 hour flight.

Icelandair flight was excellent. The checkin and security arrangements for Saga Premium passengers at Newark was very poor - our checkin opened much later than the normal and our security queue simply led us to the back of the normal queue. Someone was having a laugh surely!

Never took flight. See previous comment on trip from Boston to Reykjavik. Used a different airline that i had to find and book.

Very good ! I would recommande it to my friend and family

I was not even asked if I want some water. Joke. Steward gave me a biscuit cover in chocolate and did not even look at me.

Ok Did not like that the second leg of flight was moved earlier making it a rush to make it

Overall it was great! Seats were comfortable. We were offered snack and drink on the way to Florida but only a drink coming back. Free messaging for aero plan members was a great feature to have on board so we can connect with loved ones … entertainment like movies and shows was also a good selection!

I arrived for my flight and was told I was now on standby as my assigned seat when I purchased my ticket was just deemed unusable 15 mins ago. My parents had to wait and hour and a half at the airport to see if I’d get in the plane. Finally when all passengers had boarded the plane I was finally told they did have another seat for me. When I boarded I saw someone else sitting in my originally assigned seat. It was in the emergency exit row and has extra leg room. I have sat in this row many times and am able to help in an emergency so no reason for me to have been kicked out of this seat. The new seat I was assigned had no padding and was extremely uncomfortable. Upon landing my back was very sore and I will probably need to see a massage therapist to help ease the tension. There was no tv or way to charge my phone on the plane. Worst flight I’ve taken in a while by far.

the service was fine but would have which that the audio for announcement is better.

The flight was delayed 2 times. The 2nd time with no knowledge of why.

The boarding was at a dual gate hallway and there was only one spoken explanation about which way to turn to board the correct plane. It wasn't marked visually at the split in the gate. The phone charger did not work at my seat. The temperature was quite chilly throughout the flight and the recorded announcements were extremely loud for a small plane.

I booked these flights for our group of 4 people several months in advance. On the departing flight, I checked in 24 hours before flight and was able to select the seats that we liked. On the return flight, I had no internet access until about 12 hours before flight, when I tried to check in, we were scattered all over the plane in middle seats which is absolutely ridiculous. I book all 4 ticket in 1 booking MONTHS in advance, the preassigned seats should be together, NOT scattered in 4 different rows in middle seats.

Your survey should include a "Not Applicable" response for those elements that were not utilized, such as food (unless your want me to rate the cookie I received) and the entertainment (unless you want me to rate the emergency landing presentation). Boarding was late, the plane took-off almost an hour late, and the gate to board changed five times while I was waiting there. At 1:00 pm the plane had not yet approached the gate for passengers to load, yet the information board indicated that the take-off would be 12:30 pm and its status was "on time". Curious.

Boarding in Dallas was hell with extremely rude gate agents , especially a lady named Rajathi who was the epitome of rudeness with no compassion at all . She was horrible and I wonder why airlines have people like her on their roster who exude arrogance and haughtiness . Will probably not fly British Airwsys because of people like her .

Less than average, low level of shared required information needed during the transfer from airport to another, also the used team during boarding In Indianapolis station is Not Professional

Food was average. Better headphones seats were average at best.

Nice flight. Legroom was good. Food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plane was modern and clean. Seats and headrests were comfortable. Entertainment system was good and modern, with a bright LCD screen and many appealing choices.

I have something to say about the flight I took from London to Gothenburg, after my flight from Austin to London. I fly a lot and have done so for decades. I first flew to Scandinavia in 1973. My former wife is Norwegian. The main thing was the experience at the Gothenburg airport. Three flights from Britain arrived around the same time. So there were huge lines at immigration since Brits are no longer a part of the EU. After over an hour in line, I finally gave my passport to the immigrations man. You’d have thought I was an Afghan. I just barely got into Sweden. I had to answer all kinds of blunt questions. I had to show all kinds of onward tickets, addresses of places I’d be staying and it was pretty daunting. Perhaps it has to do with the situation with Russia. British Air might have done something to prepare people that things have changed a lot and they’d better be ready to run the gauntlet when trying to get into the country here. Thanks for listening and taking this into consideration. Sincerely, a senior citizen of the USA

No land services during boarding, specially while moving from terminal to another

My flight was late. We stayed in aircraft one hour 😩

Flight delay and can’t much help passenger do the change connecting flight.

Even the carry-ons were not allowed and upon getting down, we had the wait for the longest time for the baggage to put on the jet aisle. We had a short connection which British Airways kept changing and made out entire experience poor. I would never fly BA again.

5 days later I have not yet received my luggage so terrible and unacceptable
