Flight was late creating alot of stress getting to my connecting flight which was also delayed - fortunately worked in my favor, but made for a very late arrival time.
Great service, great options, flight was bumpy so didn't get second beverage service and everything was communicated very clearly and courteously. No notes: everyone did great! Also loved the fun Hawaiian drink options (non-alcoholic).
I understand bottom line but..... You have to get more room in the seats. Why not give full cans for the drink service, little things go a long way. Thank you
Didn’t like anything. Alaska boarding process takes too long and is poorly managed. Flight crew unorganized and too lax not very professional. I fly very frequently (weekly) and this as the worst overall trip I have ever taken.
Very nice staff, plane was delayed-they gave some snacks about 30 min after delay due to mechanical issues (which I appreciate them checking the plane)
It was good. There was a mistake made in Seattle. Somehow we were bumped out of our seats as if we weren't on the flight anymore. The woman at the gate caught it and announced our name to come up and she fixed it.
Due to an aircraft maintenance issue we switched planes but the catering/food didn't make iot on the new plane. On the way home the in-flight entertainment/wifi was not available. Throughout these difficulties the staff and crew were fantastic to deal with!
Bumpy landing and no food per turbulent weather but no fault of flight! Everything fine.

Flight was delayed about 45 min and they never offered an explanation. Peruse, staff were friendly and competent and the flight was safe.
Great staff. Wifi is terrible. Signing up for skylines is a painstaking process. Had to call customer service just to get my flight itinerary and confirmation sent to me. Consistent delays. A well staffed company that is run so poorly. Upper management needs to be renewed.

Delta is a premier airline so my expectations are most always met.
Seats are much much more comfortable than United, which is what I usually fly

This was the second flight this week with flight attendant Marcus I’m not sure if his last name is Lane or Lang but this guy is awesome. He funny, attentive and his service is 5 stars. Marcus makes business travel more enjoyable !
Overall poor for me I paid extra for seats with leg room and my regional flights exit row seats have less leg room then the others that's money that could have been saved and on my final flight home the flights air was not operating it was unbearably hot in the cabin I will be contacting United and filing a DOT complaint
My priority checked bag was not loaded on the flight. I had to sit in baggage claim in Las Vegas for 2 1/2 hours waiting for the next flight. All baggage staff were very helpful, tracking showed it as scanned for loading. Nobody told me why it wasn't on my flight.
My flight was scheduled for about 6:05 departure. There were 11 gate changes from 4-7pm and the flight was 3 hours delayed due to operational issues. The plane taxied around the airport for about half an hour before stopping to be de-iced. It would have been nice if we were alerted of the plan to de-ice prior to the 30 minute drive around the airport. The flight attendant was friendly, which was the only redeeming thing about this flight. As a former flight attendant for United, I was extremely disappointed.
Delays took 2hours and thirty minutes making me miss my connecting flight and make me sit in the Chicago airport for 9 hours
Had a short delay once we boarded the aircraft in Chicago, but it was fixed in no time flat then we were on our way. The pilot was able to make up the time lost and we landed 5 minute later then schedualed . Great service
Pilot Erika DeLong made us feel safe and at ease in a frankly scary time to be flying. Her warm smile and greeting and excellent command of the aircraft in foggy bumpy weather helped us all to calm our nerves and get us home safely.
I don’t understand the purpose of the orange “priority” tag on my bag. This tagged, my bag is last or near to the last bag to come down the carousel at IAH.
The tv monitor in front of my seat was not responding. The flight crew reset it and it still didn’t work.
The agents was very rude and they charged me $50 for a carry-on bag saying that it was too big and then I saw someone going on a plane with the same size bag as me
Terrible. First of all we were delayed 4 3/4 hours departing Honolulu. As we had to leave our condo and the rental car had to be returned we had to go to the airport. Even though we had a business class boarding pass to Washington, since we did not have business class to Montreal we could not access the lounge without paying a $59 fee each. This does not make sense to us. Since we could not meet our original connection United booked us to Montreal via New York LaGuardia on Air Canada. In Washington a further delay got us into LaGuardia too late to make our connection to Montreal so we were booked on another Air Canada flight 3 hours later. We were originally scheduled to arrive in Montreal at 10:40 and arrived at 19:55. A totally exhausting day, United did not offer a meal voucher or any type of compensation. Air Canada did give us a digital meal voucher. The food in United business class is poor among all meals offered. The pods look nice but are not that confortable. Overall would not fly on United again.
Good experience but the snacks are not gluten free, so I cannot eat them.
Between Las Vegas and Dallas was okay But, once in the Dallas airport, notice, I have disability and ask for a wheelchair, they leave in a middle of nowhere, the personal in charge try to push me on a cart where I couldn't sit because was to high. Then they don't care about me, they bulling, till I start to yelling and crying, ask to everyone around, who can help me. The man in charge make a despective movements and said you are to loosing the fly. The last name in his batch started with an H, I did not have the full name. A nightmare. After all, a woman in charge was walking very slowly and asking me for a tip cause she was helping me to reach the fly. For years, AA has been the preferred airline. The personal in charge of the disabled people are discriminate me. Thank you Kayak.
Excellent! The gate agents were kind enough to rebook me on an earlier flight saving me from a 6 hour layover. Even my luggage made it despite the fact that the connection was technically too narrow. The flight itself was very comfortable, roomy, and clean. Plenty of space for my carryon items with plugs to charge my phone. After a long international flight of 14 hours, this was an excellent way to end my travels!
This was an overnight flight. There was no meal service in first class, just a simple snack basket was offered along with beverages. There should have been some type of continental breakfast prior to arrival in PHL. As an Executive Platinum American Airlines Advantage member, I received no name recognition from the first class flight attendant. When disembarking at PHL, the flight attendants were more interested in their cell phones than saying "thank you" to the passengers as they disembarked.
Flight boarded from Gate 39 at OGG, the farthest gate in the terminal. There were no Hawaiian themed amenities for the flight. The first class service was mediocre at best; I received not special welcome or recognition as an executive platinum member of American Advantage program. The flight attendants were more concerned with their cell phones than saying "thank you" to the passengers as we disembarked. Fortunately, the flight arrived at LAX a few minutes early.
I was a little disappointed of not having an android charger. Only one it was for an iPhone. I've flown American in the past and had access to one.
The flight was quick and to the point. The crew just did their job w/o excessive talking and everything was just perfect.
Flight was late and missed connecting flight. They could have better accommodated, but instead did an overnight and had to arrive the next afternoon.

I didn’t like anything, being platinum pro get you absolutely nowhere and does not increase the customer service treatment whatsoever anymore. My flight was canceled and they put me on a flight eight hours later that would’ve got me back in the middle of the night. They could’ve easily move me up to an hour Prior on an earlier flight. My second flight was unreasonable to take, the third flight was also canceled due to mechanical issues like the first flight. I don’t know what’s going on with American, but they are falling apart, after seven flight changes I finally got home, Unreasonable.
The flight itself was ok and the pilot was very communicative. However, our flight was delayed for almost 3 hours, the gate was changed 3 times and there was no communication as we were waiting. The flight staff was overall a little crabby...I understand as they probably had a long day but we all did.
Asked for a seat change to be w my wife at the gate they were great in sorting it out to make it happen
Everything went as planned. Crew was great. Seats were still not that comfortable.
The plane failed preflight inspection, so we sat there for 90 mins while they tried to fix it. Ultimately, everything was remedied and we made our connecting flight; instead of a 2 hour layover at the airport, we spent it waiting on the plane.
They changed the timing , first delayed by 4 hours then went back to 40 mins late, we had to run back to airport to not miss our flight. This is ridiculous
Seats were extremely uncomfortable and it was very hot on the plane.

Better to put road truck seat in plain it so uncomfortable can not adjustable and fill metal don’t have cushions at all it’s very hard to travel for five hours
Since they are a budget airline, I wasn’t expecting too much but they did some things well. They were on time, the plane was clean, boarding was fairly straightforward and the staff was cheerful and friendly. The only downside was comfort. The seats were fairly hard and after a 2 hour flight your rear end is not feeling so great. Maybe a little more cushion in the seats, Frontier!
