Overall good. Good communication from the captain on delay, cozy seats, nice staff, and a perfect landing.
I don't know what it is. But it seems that flights from Ontario to Seattle are always delayed. This one was delayed 3 hours. I guess I should just expect it from now on.
Lovely crew and organized. Flight landed early, even better. Seats could have been endowed with more like Room.
Display what groups are boarding on the monitor...was unclear unless you listened closely and continuously.
I am a novice flier, I had a 4 hr layover in Seattle, I check my email and my Alaska app often and there no notifications. When it got closer to boarding time no one was there. I went to the information booth and a wonderful woman named Rana told me the flight gate had been change. I had an anxiety moment, I had to take 3 trains to get to the other side of the terminal, which made me frozen with fear, thankfully Rana took me the whole way otherwise I would have never made it . I am disappointed there were no notifications on the app or online. But I can’t say enough about the Help Rana gave me. If there is any way she could be awarded an appreciation acknowledgment it should be done. Thank you
Connection in Seattle was almost a disaster. Departure gate was changed but Departure display was never updated. Quite a few people were waiting at the original gate and had to run to new gate after it was discovered online. Display never updated.
Instant upgrade to First Class based on my One World status. Better than AA.
I had to cancel my flight for health reasons. They gave 0 options to get my money back or credit me another flight. Makes no sense, but they are greedy
no entertainment which was ok with us. Great crew, great ascent, rockier landing, empty air lane so very comfortable. fun pilot
I feel that for the price that I paid, I should’ve received zone one boarding. Said I was zone two. And even though I paid for an upgraded seat, I was lucky to get a space for my carry-on baggage. So I think the value wasn’t there.
