My seat was comfortable. There was no TV on the airplane.
Flight delay was inconvenient and exhausting getting in at 1 am. However the crew and lounge was very comfortable.
Small dirty plane for a 5 and1/2 hr flight. No food no entertainment
The staff is excellent paying attention to your needs which in my case is the need for wheelchair assistance. I will try to fly Alaska Airlines whenever possible and recommend to my friends and family to fly Alaska Airlines!
On time (in fact, early). Easy boarding and getting off.
All 4 members of my family found the seats terribly uncomfortable. 2 of us suffered from back issues the next few days.
No complaints. Great service. A first class entry lane at boarding wouldn’t hurt.
Plane had a maintenance problem two hours into the flight and we had to turn around. Alaska was nice to put us up in the Hilton in LAX but the cost of food in the city was WAY higher than our vouchers and the hotel had no continental breakfast. We ended up spending over $100 on food for our family in addition to the vouchers.
You an Kayak offered travel insurance. I had to cancel are flights which I well say was easy an I got my money back. BUT not the travel insurance Kayak or X cover has keep the money. So why I never went on the fligt I cancel way early. I know one thing I'll never go to kayak again.
Check-in was easy, I did it from the app. Boarding was easy, the crew was great. Santa Barbara airport had a disabled plane so we had to land in Burbank to refuel. They kept us well informed, and everyone was great. A very entertaining person from the Burbank airport got on and told a few jokes.
