Plane was clean, staff was professional and flight was on time. No built in tv was still ok, as programs were offered that could synch to smart phones.

Flight was cancelled last minute, had to change and buy another ticket to united airlines, made it 10 minutes late to my international flight and couldn’t get any reimbursement what so ever due to “Weather”, yet all other airlines except south west were running Just fine. Every single time I fly Alaska, it’s a huge delay or cancellation. My hope is that more people avoid this airlines all together until they actually improve.

J was in the ER x 3...3 protruding discs...contacted Alaska many many days prior to cancel and request a refund or a credjt.. they only gave me 50 % credit....outrageous seeing how i have a doctors letter....just plain inhuman. AI sucks!

Nice crew, healthy snacks and drinks available. Flight to Seattle was short and comfortable.

had to be rerouted due to a medical emergency onboard. Alaska crew treated the patient with utmost respect and continued to keep the passengers updated the entire way through, which I appreciate. But it took 4 hours from landing until we were able to be airborne again, causing us to not get into SFO until ~2 am. I understand it was a tough situation for everyone, but that was an indecent wait.

I like flying Alaska Airlines. I think the staff are happy, the plane is comfortable, the entertainment reasonable, the food acceptable.

I'm not sure if you are going to ask me about the check in process. I could not get my boarding pass, so I had to stop at the American desk before security. I also had a difficult time downloading the app with the confirmation code for the two flights.

The flight attendant was friendly and attentive. Although our interaction was brief—- it made a difference. The crew was upfront about turbulence. I like the Maui pretzels.
