the flight attendant was so great and the upgrade to first class was top notch

Departed on time and had an efficient boarding process. The inflight wifi was not working on one of the flights.

Was really good love the Service and everything good job

On time departure and early arrival giving more than ample time for connecting flight.

Again, very smooth and all of the Alaska folks were great. They continue to meet all my needs.

Overall it was fine, however one of my two checked bags did not arrive and I was told it was left in Palm Springs. I don't understand how one of the two bags made it through fine but the other got lost .

No WiFi. Terrible food. Very long walk to the gate and from the gate after landing. Gate changed without notice.

There was no food or entertainment, thus thus the neutral rating.

The Alaska Airlines app made it very difficult to find my boarding pass. It was very frustrating to use! The flight itself was flawless.
