Food choices were very limited. Taste of the dishes was average.
I liked all the informational texts. I always knew where to go and when .
Received an email the night before showing that there would be seatback entertainment on our flight. We get on and there was no seatback entertainment. And then it was a scramble to try to set up the iPads for the kids before takeoff so they could watch something for the four hour flight.
The reason I don’t fly United. No in seat entertainment for a long flight and inconsistent WiFi and entertainment available from my device.
It was a good flight. Nothing comes to mind about how it could have been better. It was a newer plane, seemed like a great upgrade from your older ones. Staff was very good as well.
The food for long haul was poor compared to Singapore airlines economy. Pasta plain with tomato sauce . Singapore airlines give me Hagen dash small ice cream cup it was great. The choices of dinner course Singapore air also much better The crew mostly friendly. The economy seat are as expected.
The plane was clean. The staff was excellent. The flight attendants were very good. Enjoyable flight. Overall. The seats in the back are too small but, will always be.
Flight was 3 1/2 hour delayed with no credit or meal vouchers
late departure due to some unspecified issue with ventilating the cabin. They got it running but it was FREEZING for the whole flight. I asked for a blanket but they didn't provide one. They could not turn up the heat. it was quite miserable.
Liked that we left on time for each flight. Snacks not the best, but we're okay.
The boarding crew was incredibly helpful getting me on an earlier flight
I didn’t like anything, being platinum pro get you absolutely nowhere and does not increase the customer service treatment whatsoever anymore. My flight was canceled and they put me on a flight eight hours later that would’ve got me back in the middle of the night. They could’ve easily move me up to an hour Prior on an earlier flight. My second flight was unreasonable to take, the third flight was also canceled due to mechanical issues like the first flight. I don’t know what’s going on with American, but they are falling apart, after seven flight changes I finally got home, Unreasonable.
Awkward carry on process. Forced to check all carry on. No overhead space of worthiness. Left delayed, but made up the time. Crew was amicable.
Standard. No different than a discount carrier on a short trip.
At least it was a short flight. Greyhound with wings.
They have lost any customer service care and support. Terrible airline now and been for awhile.
April was the flight attendant in first class and was the most pleasant, cordial and efficient person I have seen on a flight in years. Good example of the type of people AA should hire to increase customer satisfacdtion.
Everything was great. Boarding, early departure, early arrival, and deplaning were smooth. Smooth flight.
Two flight changes before the scheduled flight. On the day of the flight, the flight was delayed, which caused the connecting flight to be missed. Then, I was directed to another airport (CUN) and traveled to Tulum. American gave a $12 voucher for lunch. The least expensive item on the menu at a Mexican restaurant was $9.99. Driving to Tulum was a bad auto crash, and traffic was delayed two-plus hours. The bottom line is that we should have been at the hotel at noon, but it ended up at 11:30 PM.
The flight was delayed leaving Miami. When we arrived in Charlotte, we were unable to park at our scheduled gate. We had to wait another 30-45 minutes before we could park at a different gate. All in all, we were delayed by almost two hours arriving in Charlotte.
